In addition, the world is undergoing a process where regional geopolitical positions are changing at any moment, centers of power are being re-shaped and global financial markets are deeply impacting real economies. Construction has become one of those sectors where gaining a competitive edge is a difficult task; the contracting business, too, is gradually changing in terms of definition and manner. All of this results in a competitive environment in which different ways of doing business, innovation and technology are becoming increasingly important. Today s construction companies need to diversify the main line of business, through innovation, differentiation, different ways of doing business, different risk sharing models and different financing models. As the management, we strive to achieve all of the above while maintaining the Company s strong and well-earned reputation, and working continuously to better manage operational and financial risks. Accordingly, we will continue to conduct our operations in the future in line with our forward-looking vision and management strategies, which are based on the principles of transparency, honesty, rationality and ethical values, as we have since our founding. 48 Tepe İnşaat 2013 Annual Report
