Contact or if you wish to move in earlier. DAY OF SHOW MOVE IN Friday April 15th - From 7am until 11:30am VENDORS IN THE MAIN BUILDING (AGRIPLEX) Those who have display Booths can load from the north end and from the east or west side of the building (See Map) VENDORS IN THE SHOW BARN BUILDING (ROD&GUN SWAP TABLES ONLY) Those who have booked Tables can load on the east side of the building (See Map) SHOW OPENS AT NOON ON FRIDAY 15TH MOVING OUT Vendors can start moving out as soon as the show is over on Sunday at 4pm until 10pm and can resume again Monday morning at 9am until 5pm. You cannot enter the show or move in without your passes. We appreciate the fact that moving your equipment/displays etc. can be hard. We have a Forklift available at no charge and is available on a first come first served basis. We also have some staff members available to assist anyone who needs assistance - again on a first come first served basis. Please See one of our Move in Managers in a Black Staff Shirt and they will do as much as they can to assist you. SHOW SECURITY Full Security Starts Friday 6:30 am and ending Sunday at 10pm - We also have HD Video Surveillance in both buildings for the full duration of the show and overnight on Sunday. FIREARM VENDORS Non Restricted Firearms Only - All firearms must be trigger locked while on display and when you sell them. Overnight security of firearms: Firearms most be tied securely together and covered. Please make sure you have your PAL with you at all Times. And don t forget to ask for each persons PAL before letting then Touch or Handle Firearms - Check Expiration Date. We greatly apologize for our Mayor & Council who would only let us do the show if we have NO AMMUNITION SALES OR RESTRICTED FIREARMS

Floor plan must be scaled and detailed properly. If floor plan is not received 24 hours prior to show load-in, a location will then be determined by Levy Show Service Inc. in order to meet scheduled delivery power requests. Relocation of power will be charged for the time for labour to move power and any necessary material additional to original install. Electricity is turned on 30 minutes prior to show opening and turned off 30 minutes after show close on show days. Power will be turned off immediately after show close on the final day. If you require power outside of the actual show hours, special arrangements must be made in advance and noted in the Miscellaneous Notes section of this form. 10 ELECTRICAL 1 Vendors are responsible to ensure all equipment is protected from power surges and outages. 2 Levy Show Service Inc. will not be held responsible for any loss of data or product due to voltage fluctuations or loss of power. 3 Vendors are required to have only CSA approved and inspected electrical equipment. If any vendor attempts to use a non approved appliance or fixture, Levy Show Service Inc. will disconnect and offer to repair or install to code if possible for additional fees (labour and material). 4 If a breaker is tripped it will be reset once, subsequent resetting will be at a minimum charge of $ Only authorized Levy Show Service Inc. personnel are allowed to access electrical panels and breakers. 6 Vendor extensions must be 14 gauge, 3 wire with ground plug minimum.anything less will be removed by Levy Show Service Inc. and can be collected at the end of the show. 7 Only Levy Show Service Inc. employees are permitted to remove the materials. 8 Standard wall and other permanent facility utility outlets or sockets are not part of your booth space.
