JRS Engineering provides roof design and consulting services throughout the Pacific Northwest. Since the founding JRS in 1998, we have become a leader in the roof consulting field. 4 who we are JRS is a team of building science professionals dedicated to providing dependable and durable building envelope solutions to the construction industry. Our principals, FEC, BEP, and Joel Schwartz, P.Eng., Scott Croasdale, M.Eng., P.Eng., PE, each have over 16 years experience consulting for a wide variety of private- and public-sector projects, and have earned renown for their expertise and innovations in building envelope concepts and practices. Our roofing projects manager, Josh Jensen, AScT., CHI, RRC, RRO, is an RCABC-certified inspector and one of only a few RCI Registered Roof Consultants in British Columbia. Josh, along with his team of Registered Roof Observers, can accurately troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for roofing systems of any type or level of complexity.
