4 BUILD PROFILE Access settings menu and dashboard. Return to your profile from anywhere on the platform. Change profile picture by hovering over the image and clicking Change cover photo by hovering over the image and clicking Quick access to account settings Post updates, photos, videos, events, and products from the post box See Post Box Page 5 Page 4

7 ACCOUNT SETTINGS / INSTAGRAM SYNC Instagram sync pulls your Instagram feed into your Fitmoo gallery to instantly build content for your brand. When you click the sync button you will be given two options: All Instagram Photos This option syncs your last 50 Instagram photos and all Instagram photos posted in the future. Photos Tagged #fitmoo This option syncs only past Instagram photos with the tag #fitmoo, and only Instagram photos with the tag #fitmoo in the future. Adding tags #workout or #nutrition In addition to the tag #fitmoo, adding either #workout or #nutrition to your instagram pictures will automatically create a workout or nutrition post respectively. You can initiate Instagram sync from either your Account Settings fitmoo.com/settings/account or from the My Gallery section of your profile. Page 7
