WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT Brunstein & Manasevit, PLLC An Associate from the law firm of Brunstein & Manasevit conducted a full day of training on regulatory changes in the Education Department General Administrative Regulations. These changes directly impact the administrative management of CCC s Carl Perkins IV Career and Technical Education Grant. The new rules require written procedures on allowability of costs, cash management, conflicts, procurements, and travel. All federal grants will be evaluated based on risk, and new performance metrics will go into effect. $4, /22/15
