1 3D Secure safe on-line shopping with your payment card 3D Secure standard represents a modern method of securing your online shopping experience, when you decide to pay by debit or credit card. Paying by card with 3D Secure is easy and safe. The main advantage of the service is that you will authorize your online purchases paid by debit or credit card with a unique, single-use code (called 3D Secure Code). The 3D Secure Code will be sent in a text message to your mobile phone, which you register for the service. 2 How to activate 3D Secure service? Once your card is registered by Raiffeisenbank to 3D Secure service you will be able to activate the service on your card. You can activate the 3D Secure service when making your next purchase in any e-shop that supports the 3D Secure security standard. To complete the activation process follow three simple steps After you place an order, select card payment, enter the card s data into the secure payment gateway and once you press the PAY button, you will be redirected to the page, where you complete the activation of the service. 3 How to confirm payment with the 3D Secure code? If the 3D Secure service on your card is already active, then after you place the order in the e-shop and select payment by card and enter the card data into the secure payment gateway and press PAY button, you will be redirected to the verification page. You will be asked to authorize the payment via 3D Secure code. This code will be sent in a text message to your cell phone along with order details. Just compare the order details (esp. amount and merchant name) on the screen with the information in the text message. If everything is OK, enter the code into the required field on the screen and submit it.
