(2) The Bachelor Programme in Hitory i to prepare graduate for a wide range of occupational and vocational field 1. in the relevant field of cience, 2. in relevant area of adult education and continuing vocational training, 3. in archive, documentation, collection and mueum, 4. in media and cultural work, 5. in public relation, 6. n civil ervice, in non-governmental, upranational and international organiation, 7. in politic and policy advice a well a 8. in area requiring independent-mindedne, logic, analytical and network thinking, capability of ynthei, teamwork, conceptual creativity a well a independent tapping of ource of information and inventorie of knowledge by reearch and tranfer. 9. (3) The Bachelor Programme in Hitory provide the following kill: 1. expert kill: broadened and conolidated knowledge of hitorical categorie, key data and relation in their temporal and patial diverity and in controverial dicuion from different reearch perpective (i.e. cultural, political, ocial, economic etc.) fotering an undertanding of different culture in pat and preent, 2. allowing an objective and analytical approach to current problem of the preent, without any prejudice if poible, 3. relativiation of one own point of view, crutiny of apparently ound knowledge, 4. qualification for critical handling of hitorical gender contruction, religion, ideologie, 5. profeionalim in term of information and knowledge management, 6. methodological and critical view on ource, being tranferable to any other kind of text or piece of information, 1

2 7. competence in writing text (intellectual proceing of information), 8. competence in gathering complex text and relation, 9. qualification for independent application of method and working technique in Hitorical Science, 10. qualification in order to formulate cientific quetion and perform cientific work independently, 11. qualification in order to widen the knowledge, 12. qualification in order to preent the knowledge acquired in a concie, precie, elf-conitent and intelligible way, both in oral and in written form, 13. teamwork capability. The knowledge and kill enumerated here follow the recommendation of the CLIOHNET 2 network fotered by the European Commiion. (4) The Bachelor Programme in Hitory offer cientific education and vocation preparation in the field mentioned before, and it qualifie for the Mater Programme in Hitory or other mater programme in humanitie, ocial or cultural cience. 2 Scope and duration The Bachelor Programme in Hitory cover 180, with a duration of ix emeter. 3 Coure and number of participant (1) Lecture (VO) deal with main and/or pecific topic of Hitorical Science a well a relevant method and opinion. (2) Coure uing continuou aement: 1. Lecture-practical coure (VU) erve a ytematic acquiition, implementation and pecialiation of cientific content. No max. number of participant. 2. Introductory eminar (PS) are ued to tranfer baic knowledge of cientific work, a an introduction to cientific literature and in order to deal with exemplified problem of the dicipline via preentation, dicuion and written work or equivalent performance. Maximum number of participant: Seminar (SE) are coure for advanced cientific dicuion. The participant are required to perform cientific work independently, particularly in form of a preentation and a written piece of work or equivalent performance. Maximum number of participant: Converation clae (KO) are ued for conolidation of opinion, reearch approache, theorie or reearch ubject via reception and dicoure. Maximum number of participant: Practical coure (UE) offer cientifically well-founded language training. Maximum number of participant: Working group (AG) are ued for common teting of practical kill, practical ue of cientific knowledge and method or dealing with concrete iue. Student for whom the tudy duration would be extended due to the potponement are to be given priority. 2.
