2 SHS Web of Conference development of the contemporary college tudent i unbalanced, and the value preent a diverified tendency. An important tak of the ideological and political education i how to effectively carry out work to promote the healthy growth of the college tudent baed on the inner contradiction and variou problem of the ideology of the college tudent [3].The teacher of the ideological and political coure hould examine the ocial ituation, grap the pule of the time and the characteritic of tudent; furthermore, teacher alo hould analyze the pychology of the tudent, capture the entry point of individualized teaching, peak the problem into the heart of the tudent, and feed the knowledge in the heart of the tudent; moreover, teacher hould olve the real and practical doubt and confuion of the tudent, and place the promotion of the phyical and mental harmony of the college tudent in the mot important and prominent poition to grap the poitioning and function of the ideological and political coure, which i a fundamental to realize the contruction of coure that are the favorite and benefit to the college tudent. In the claroom, the teacher acred duty of the ideological and political coure i to reflect people orientation, focu on the need of the tudent, offer neceary pychological couneling and humanitic care to the college tudent, and trive to achieve the comprehenive development of the college tudent, which i alo a real reflection of the function of the main channel to the ideological and political education of the college tudent in the ideological and political coure. 3 PERFORMANCE AND REASONS OF PROBLEMS IN PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HARMONIOUS DEVELOPMENT OF COLLEGE STUDENTS A the college tudent have grown up, their phyiological development have been mature, and their phyical function ha been increaingly improved; however, due to their growing experience, the pychological development i lagging behind, and the phyical age i inconitent with the mental age. ( Contradiction between independence and dependence. The college tudent grow up under the care of their parent and elder, who are baically unable to take care of themelve, completely rely on their parent and lack of the ability to live independently with a trong pychological dependence. After entering a new environment of campu, the college tudent are tranformed from being eriouly dependent in the pat to entirely independent. Thi change may caue a lot of incomprehenion and maladjutment to the outide world, and they will have ideological and pychological hardhip and confuion, reulting in everely pychological panic. (2 Conflict between ideal and reality. The college tudent rarely contact with the ociety, who have a uperficial cognition on the outide world, and an illuion of the future life, thu reulting in a eriou pychological gap. There i a common aying: Though the dream i weet, the reality i very bitter. In particular, the college tudent are more likely to have a mental tate of depair and complaining, and an immature mentality, and be lack of trong will and invincible pirit in cae of difficultie in the proce of realization of the ideal. For another intance, in the growing proce, the college tudent may change their outlook on life and have a negative withdrawal pychology when they make unremitting and arduou effort for the ideal, becaue ome other tudent around them have a good family background and lead a free and comfortable life, flaunting their good job and properity in the future. In the coure of the formation of the world outlook and the outlook on life and value, college tudent go through and contantly harbor the thinking colliion in their heart. At thi time, the teacher of the ideological and political coure hall timely bear their cared dutie, play the role of the ideological and political education which i regarded a the main channel, guide the tudent to correctly treat the contradiction between ideal and reality, and encourage them to keep their own faith. (3 Confuion in interperonal communication. After entering the college, the college tudent hall be open-minded, eaygoing and active to communicate with other, and good at expreion in the trange crowd, o a to integrate into the collective life. Such a demand in reality make different type of tudent have varying degree of pychological maladjutment. The teacher of the ideological and political coure hall timely provide pychological couneling for the college tudent to trengthen the humanitic care and eliminate pychological diorder, guide them to get along with other friendly, purue interperonal harmony, and adapt to a new tage of life or create a beautiful life. (4 Preure of tudy, life and employment. The flower in the greenhoue fail to experience the baptim of wind and rain in the outide world. In the campu, there are a large number of talent and outtanding tudent, who have more excellent learning performance, higher intelligence, more beautiful appearance, uperior family background and better artitic capacity. What more, thoe who are even the econd-generation with parent who i governmental civil ervant or the ilver poon. The elf-centered uperiority at home for ome tudent i uddenly broken up, and thee tudent may be at looe end after the decreae of the confidence. Moreover, after the change of the previouly tene and high-handed policy and the lo of regulation, the paive learning i converted to autonomou learning o that ome tudent feel confued and panic, and loe direction. In addition, ome tudent may have employment preure from the ociety, unlike other with a good family 0203-p.2

3 SSHE 205 background who can take the exam of civil ervant or public utility. After entering the college, they may confront unemployment after walking out of the college. They do not know the direction in life and have a trong perplexed feeling. At the ame time, there are alo a variety of certificate examination, grade examination and ocial activitie. It i difficult for the college tudent to timely tranform the mental tate that wa jut liberated from a high preure of the college entrance examination, o the college tudent pontaneouly arie a feeling of tenion and anxiety. 4 CONSTRUCTION OF HARMONIOUS PSYCHOLOGY BASED ON THE IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL COURSE The pychological problem of the college tudent hall not be imply olved by the pychological couneling and pychological intervention method. There i a need to make good ue of the platform of the ideological and political education, and creatively carry out the education of pychological harmony baed on the main front and main channel of the ideological and political education, thu paving a new channel for the contruction of the harmoniou pychology of the college tudent [4]. ( Guide the college tudent to etablih a cientific world outlook, outlook on life and value, and keep a poitive attitude toward overcoming the negative pychology. The etablihment of correct three outlook i a premie and bai for the college tudent to have a healthy and harmoniou pychology. Firt, combined with the Baic Principle of Marxim in the ideological and political coure, the guidance of the Marxit world outlook and methodology i given to the college tudent, which can help tudent to etablih a tandpoint, viewpoint and method to cientifically perceive and analyze thing, dialectically treat problem, enhance the depth and breadth of perceiving thing rather than taying in the external appearance, increae the thickne of what they have learned, keep calm in the face of the new environment, new ituation and new tak, capture their own location, find out a key tand for all impetuou and maladjuted circumtance, and achieve pychological harmony. In a related urvey of 260 college tudent, only two people pecifically indicate that the ideological and political coure i unable to achieve uch an effect, and 208 people upport thi point of view, accounting for 80%. Second, combined with the Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Law Bae Coure, the guidance etablihe a cientific outlook on life and value to the college tudent, which help the tudent etablih a poitive attitude toward life and puruing a noble life to erve for people and contributing to ociety, and keep a poitive attitude toward overcoming negative matter and dipering pychological haze with unhine, thu coming the freh air, o the college tudent can feel that every day i full and meaningful, keep a poitive attitude to integrate with the group and live with other in harmony; what more, they can hape a brand-new elf and bravely create their own beautiful life. In the urvey, 90% of college tudent upport thi point of view. (2 Help the college tudent trive to achieve interperonal harmony and grow up happily in the group. People are ocial being, and the ocial network which i the key to ucce in life i a preciou a gold. The education and guidance i given to the college tudent to cherih the college life, treaure the entiment of choolmate, and trive to create a harmoniou interperonal relationhip. In life, the tudent care for each other, and keep a polite and humble, kindhearted and coniderate attitude toward other. Jut like an old aying goe: Don t do unto other what you don t want other do unto you. Rather than arrogantly depiing other due to their uperior condition, the tudent get along well with each other, work in unity and help, treat and repect each other a equal. (3 Stimulate the college tudent to etablih a ene of elf-reliance, and clear away the pychological haze. Anything can be poible if a man poee a powerful heart. We convince that learning can change one fate, and knowledge can change hi future. We create our happy life and bright future by our effort, hard work, a well a our widom. In the ociety, there are too many model with ucceful career: Zhu Cheng, a college tudent who i a hoehine and then become a ock magnate in Zhejiang Province; a inger who i nicknamed a Xidan girl (a girl who make living a a treet performer in Xidan Station, Beijing finally perform on the Spring Fetival Gala; college tudent go to cla carrying ill tepfather or younger iter for the ake of caring for them Too many poor people truggle and never bend before the fate. They finally contribute to the ociety, win the repect of ociety and prove their own value. In the proce of learning knowledge and increae ability, the college tudent hall alo improve the content of the heart and the pychological quality, in order to embrace the whole world with a powerful heart. The college tudent hall be motivated to train abilitie, improve themelve and quality in the beautiful youth age. A a word of Chinee poetry ay like that: Sharp word from the harpening out, plum bloom incene from the cold weather. The college tudent hould etablih lofty ideal, bravely confront with the challenge with enough confidence, and trive to be tronger in life. With a poitive and powerful heart, low elf-eteem, anxiety, confuion and bewilderment will vanih.
