1 1 Articulation Agreement Between The Community College of Baltime County And This Articulation Agreement ( Agreement ) is made by between The Community College of Baltime County, 800 South Rolling Rd., Baltime, MD 21228; 7201 Rossville Blvd., Baltime, MD 21237; 7200 Sollers Point Rd., Baltime, MD 21222;, 1525 Greenspring Valley Rd., Stevenson, MD WHEREAS The Community College of Baltime County recognize the need imptance of facilitating the transfer of students from The Community College of Baltime County to as these students pursue their educational goals, WHEREAS The Community College of Baltime County recognize that to enhance this transition, a fmal articulation agreement between The Community College of Baltime County Stevenson University should be established, WHEREAS The Community College of Baltime County have conducted a though review of the curricula at The Community College of Baltime County in the Psychology program, Now, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises conditions herein, the adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, The Community College of Baltime County hereby agree as follows: The following general principles guide the operation of this Agreement: 1. The agreement is designed f graduates of the Associate of Arts in Humanities Social Sciences, Transfer Pattern - Psychology. A maximum of 70 credit hours from The Community College of Baltime County will be allowed toward fulfillment of the 120 credit hours required f baccalaureate completion. 2. Students must apply to as a Psychology maj. Applications may be found at the website: 3. Transfer students will need to see a Stevenson Psychology program advis to wk out their required course list. 4. All course credits as delineated in the attached articulation plan will be accepted as transfer to fulfill requirements f the Bachel of Science degree in Psychology. Only courses in which the student earns a grade of C better are eligible f transfer. 5. Students must maintain a 2.0 cumulative grade point average in der to transfer.

Credits earned from non-direct classroom instruction (including CLEP, AP, other nationally recognized stardized examination sces) are included in the maximum of 70 credits that will be accepted by toward degree requirements. An appropriate sce is determined by, students must submit iginal test sces/results to. Articulated High School credits will only transfer when accompanied by test sces given at CCBC if the grade is on the CCBC transcript. Credit awarded f experiential learning ( life experience ) is not recognized by, is not transferable to, except when accompanied by test sces given at CCBC. The credit is only acceptable if it is on the CCBC transcript articulated into CCBC credit pri to admission to. 7. Students intending to transfer should complete the admission application f following the third semester of their Associate Degree program. Students should contact the Financial Aid Office at as soon as possible in regard to college deadlines f financial aid. 8. The Community College of Baltime County do not presently have a dual enrollment program; should one be agreed to, this agreement will not preclude students from participation. Students may apply f receive the benefits of dual enrollment. Those students would then be subject to the policies of said program should they apply. 9. The Community College of Baltime County students who have completed the Associate of Arts Degree in Humanities Social Sciences, Transfer Pattern in Psychology will be given every consideration f financial assistance will be eligible to compete f academic scholarships at. 10. The Community College of Baltime County further agree to monit the perfmance of this agreement to revise it as necessary. 11. Appointed institutional representatives at The Community College of Baltime County Stevenson University will ensure that appropriate personnel in their respective institutions are aware of this agreement, including the admissions advising staffs, transfer codinat, appropriate faculty deans. 12. Students who begin their studies at The Community College of Baltime County will be treated on an equal basis with students who began their studies at in regards to the award distribution of financial aid, campus housing, course selection, registration, all other student services. 13. The Community College of Baltime County agree to publicize this agreement. The Community College of Baltime County will distribute infmation regarding this articulation agreement to The Community College of Baltime County students interested in pursuing a Bachel s degree in Psychology. 14. The Community College of Baltime County will conduct a review/revision of the procedures contract every year. This agreement becomes effective upon signature by all parties shall continue in effect unless voided by either party upon sixty (60) days pri written notice. The Community College of Baltime County will consider, in good faith, any amendments proposed by either party; however, the Agreement may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties. The agreement may be terminated by either party f due cause after adequate notice to the other. Termination of the agreement will not affect any students currently enrolled at The Community College of Baltime County in the Psychology maj at the time of termination, they shall be able to transfer credits pursuant to this agreement.
