3 Sales Positions As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for presenting the capabilities and culture of Fujitsu in a consistent and accurate way and become a real ambassador for Fujitsu, helping to reach sales targets. You will gain the ability to offer innovative solutions to meet customer s explicit needs whilst approaching every opportunity from their perspective. Along the way we will be there to support you and to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to meet these challenges. Bid Management roles involve working closely with both the sales and delivery teams you will be responsible for ensuring that we maximize our win rate by delivering a winning bid to the customer Legal & Commercial Positions Be responsible for helping to write, negotiate and manage the customer contracts upon which our business is based. Analyze any contractual, tax, corporate or regulatory topics or questions that arise in connection with the ICT environment. Joining this team will mean you gain exposure to new business initiatives, helping to drive the agreement of successful deals and ensure that contracts are managed professionally and profitably. Successful members of this team enjoy paying close attention to the details of contract documents while also understanding the totality of the deal, its business implications and risks.

4 Technical Positions Our technical roles vary greatly and do so to support Fujitsu s business. We design, build and manage customer infrastructures with roles covering solution development, data centre management and Cloud technology. In each technical area, you will become an integral part of a team that delivers solutions to our customers either internal or external. Levels of technical skill required will vary and you will be given the chance to build on your current knowledge as well as learn new things. You will find opportunities to develop both technical and business skills in areas such as applications development and support, project management, solution design, customer service management, applications governance and compliance, bid preparation, mobile apps, legacy modernisation, offshoring, risk management and more. Our Service Business Group covers the complete end-to-end vision and knowledge of the organizations and has 4 different areas Business Services, Application Services, Infrastructure Services and Managed Information Services. With our Business Services area we understand the business needs and requirements of the organizations with the final goal of helping them to be more efficient and competitive, identifying improvement areas and the business return (financial, operational, ) associated to them. Our Application Services area develops and implement those software solutions that helps organization to make real those area previously identified by our Business Services group. From our Application Services capability we cover the complete software lifecycle. And we do not only develop and implement software but we also have an AMS capability that provide complete application management service to the organizations when they decide to outsource it to global provider as we are, providing therefore to our clients economical savings and assuring real quality business returns. And finally from our Infrastructure Services and Managed Information Services we provide full technical support to our customers from the different perspectives and requirements (network, datacenter, cloud technology, ) assuring always the linkage of this technical solutions with the business needs of the organization. 5 Fujitsu is searching for young and open-minded professionals with the real business client focus and the desire of acquiring global knowledge of our customers (leading national and international organizations) FOR SALES POSITIONS: University Degree Preferebly Engineering Degree in a well-known Business School / University MBA will be considered Fluent in at least two languages (English and Spanish) Sales oriented FOR LEGAL & COMMERCIAL POSITIONS: Degree in Law with master degree on Business law /corporate/it Law (any of the three) Practical experience or knowledge on International taxation Bar admission Fluent in at least two languages (English and Spanish) Portuguese will also be highly considered FOR TECHNICAL POSITIONS: Degree in Economics or in Business Administration in a well-known Business School or Industrial Organization Engineering with business profile form a well-known School MBA will be considered in both cases Fluent in at least two languages (English and Spanish) We don t expect graduates to have all the answers up front.
