3 3 General The present document is a complement to the document "Specification DPD and primetime Parcel Despatch Applicable to parcel despatchers in Austria" (in the following referred to as main document); it specifies the additional service PickupINFO in detail and is only valid in connection with this document. 3.1 Product description As an additional service, DPD provides a delivery message by SMS and/or after delivery to a DPD Shop. After delivering a parcel, DPD sends an SMS and/or to the specified cellphone number or address to inform the recipient about the delivery. It is also possible to send an SMS, or both to the recipient for each parcel (1 SMS and 1 per package). In addition to the address and cellphone number, it is also possible to transfer a message text with a length of XX characters (e.g. business hours, etc.) 3.2 Procedure The despatcher designates the parcel prior to despatch with the abbreviations listed under item 6 Order data import format. The cellphone number and/or are entered in the order data block of the order data import format. Page 3 of 6

4 4 Parcel label provided by the customer When ordering the service PickupINFO, the text PickupINFO must be printed in the service field with a minimum height of 4 mm on the parcel label provided by the customer.
