1 Select Bibliography English Linguistics 1 / 26 Die vorliegende Liste verzeichnet einführende und grundlegende Bücher zu den wichtigsten Teildisziplinen des Fachs Englische Sprachwissenschaft. Sie soll Studierenden die Hinwendung zu neuen Themenkreisen erleichtern und als Hilfestellung bei der Wahl von Spezialgebieten und der Vorbereitung auf diese bei Abschlussexamina dienen. Die Abschnitte A und B umreißen Grundkenntnisse; alle weiteren Abschnitte können unter Verwendung der angegebenen Literatur bzw. von Teilen davon nach Maßgabe der Studien- und Prüfungsordnungen als Spezialgebiete gewählt werden.
