Fees for less than a standard full-time study load in the year or for which do not commence in Semester 1 or Trimester 1, should be pro-rated.tuition fees are indexed each year. The indexation rate is fixed 18 months in advance of a particular academic year thereby allowing you to plan your finances ahead of time. The University s intent is that fee rate increases will be kept to a minimum and that indexation rates will remain stable wherever possible. Since 2007 the indexation rate has remained at or less than 4 per cent. 2 Indicative fees are calculated on the basis of full-time fees per semester or trimester only and may vary according to whether full-time or part-time. The University sets an indicative annual fee for each program; this is divided by the standard full-time study load for the program to work out a tuition fee rate per unit, which is rounded to the nearest dollar. The rate per unit is used to calculate the indicative semester fee. 3 This program is only offered as a dual degree. * An optional honours year is available to qualified students. ** This program is four trimesters in duration and fee quoted is per trimester.
