2 Over the last few years, the hegemony of Spanish gastronomy rooted in history and tradition has made the tree of modernity to flourish with inexhaustible fertility. For this reason, and thanks to extensive studies, the Escuela de Hostelería de Sevilla in collaboration with its prestigious faculty, is in position to undertake the task of teaching this course, in which techniques, research and knowledge will make professionals to be more competent in their fields of specialization. ADDRESS TO: THE PERSON WHO IS KEEN ON SPANISH GATRONOMY TOTAL DURATION: 2 weeks NEXT EDITION: from 10 to 23 June. For closed group of more than eight people can be organize the seminar on dates to be agreed. PLACES LIMITED TO: 15 STUDENTS AIMS OF THE SEMINAR: Facilitate the knowledge of the Spanish Gastronomy with the control of the bases, methods, techniques and systems, with a methodology based in the real practice and the demonstration in the classroom laboratory if culinary dishes; all these, is complemented with an interesting vision of the Spanish Culture, it s history and customs, in order to reach a better understanding of gastronomic tradition, as well recognized at international level. INCLUDES: Demonstration classes Attendance at professional seminars and tastings, vocational visits to companies from the sector, sightseeing and gastronomic routes.
