1 Yehia Shouman, Media and User Experience Manager [M] [E] [W] [ln] Highlights of Qualifications Graduated from Modern Academy for Computer Sciences during He has already been working as a full-time graphic designer for 2 years during college until 2001 when he joined e-knowledge; an IT Investments daughter company specialized in e-learning for almost 5 years. Excelled as a multimedia developer developing e-learning activities, SCORM compliant learning objects and content re-purposing/publishing, He was promoted to become head of team responsible for publishing content online for Middlesex University. By 2004 he became head of the multimedia team and a Project Coordinator. He was sent on 3 trips to the UK traveling between London and Swansea/Wales to initiate business relationships with new customers. During the summer of 2006, Yehia moved to Santeon Corp.. Moving to a different industry, Yehia engaged in for 3 years working on online TV development and media platforms. Joining the Santeon as a Senior Actionscript Developer then taking project lead along with customer communication. Due to business needs, He was sent abroad 6 times to both the USA (Maryland) and the UK (London). The reasons varied; to ensure a successful project launch or to provide on-site development or consultancy on online TV projects. By the end of 2010, Yehia joined Active Digital Development as a Technical Product Manager, working closely with developers on an online video platform. He created the road map and the feature set of the product. He acted as the technical team lead to developers on the implementation. Yehia also put together the product's infrastructure of content distribution, security for content and developed the video player. Yehia moved to ElKotob.com by 2011 (A subsidiary of Book Depository owned by Amazon) to act as Media and UX Manager; defining the process and workflow for the media team, setting up issue tracking system, version control and media starter kit. Up to this moment, Yehia continues to work on media, e-learning and consultancy services/ projects with foreign and local customers. Below are endorsements from his former managers

His passion about Multimedia backed up with his good taste of creating attractive GUI wether by himself or through guiding specialized designers had enabled him to lead all the company s multimedia projects.
