These products were perfected using input from top nail artists and educators from all over the world. We continuously modify and develop new materials to remain the industry leader. UV/LED GELS UV/LED gels are a versatile alternative to the traditional liquid/powder systems. These materials offer the benefit of reduced odor, quick application and natural appearing enhancements. We offer a range of gels for every technician level. KRP offers a full line of UV/LED, traditional, soak off and GelPolish gels including base, builder, and top gel. Highly pigmented color gels are also available for all nail art needs. LACQUERS & SPECIALTY COATINGS KRP offers a line of air-dry nail coatings, turnkey and various components for use in the fingernail industry. Our materials include base coats, top coats, nail strengtheners, and shaded enamel for both artificial and natural nails. POLYMERS & MONOMERS All polymers are manufactured using high quality raw materials. Our polymers are designed for all performance levels and offer the best control and product clarity available. Specialty formulated monomers are used in combination with these polymers to create the finest nail enhancement products. When used together as a system, KRP polymers and monomers yield superior results. In addition to clear polymers, a range of colored polymers are available. 6 In addition to providing bulk finished goods, KRP is able to provide turnkey packaging for many of our products. Our filling capabilities include powders, liquids, air-dry coatings, nail lacquer and UV/LED gels. KRP s Cherry Hill, Gibbstown and EU facilities house multiple automatic filling lines that allow us to offer a complete menu of turnkey packages at a competitive advantage, showcasing the ability to fill various sized bottles and jars with ease and speed. 8 CONTRACT MANUFACTURING COSMETIC PRODUCTS In addition to offering our standard product line, Keystone helps customers develop specialty products exclusive to their own line. Our research and development staff will work with you to formulate products meeting your requirements and specifications. Keystone Research & Pharmaceutical employs a full staff of laboratory chemists, engineers, and quality control technicians. Our technical staff is available to customers for technical support and product development inquires. Minimum order quantities are required for specialty formulations and vary depending on the type of product developed. PHARMACEUTICAL SPECIALTY FORMULATIONS & TOLL MANUFACTURING KRP is equipped to run small and intermediate sized batches of different chemistries. Our experienced laboratory and production staff enables us to tailor the work to your precise specifications. Simple projects can involve running your desired batch size of an already developed process. More complex projects can involve the entire process, from statistical design of experiments to small-scale batches to fullscale batches and process development. Various processing and purification techniques are also available to meet your exact requirements. Product design and scale-up projects can be run (or performed) in compliance with FDA cgmp and our ISO 9001:2008 and 13485:2003 certified quality system requirements. Secrecy agreements also can be put in place to protect your proprietary information. Our Cherry Hill facility is ideal for running batches requiring stability testing, process validation or regulatory compliance. Costs can be structured hourly or priced on a per project basis.

9 QUALITY CONTROL Keystone Research and Pharmaceutical s in-house Quality Control (QC) laboratory contains many state-of-the-art analytical instruments. These instruments are used to ensure batchto-batch consistency across all Keystone products. Each product lot is tested against a standard to ensure all properties are within specification before it is shipped to the customer. Highly trained scientists use a combination of analytical results and their knowledge of the organoleptic properties of the products to control and verify quality. Each lot is tested at several key points throughout the production process, prior to final release for sale. SPECIFIC AREAS OF EXPERTISE INCLUDE: Particle Size Analysis: Keystone is equipped with instruments designed for visible microscopy, sieve analyzed particle size analysis and light scattering particle size analysis to meet our customers strict requirements. A Beckman Coulter LS enhances our ability to meet a tight particle size range by measuring beaded material either in a wet dispersion or a dry blend. Color: Multiple UV-vis spectrophotometers are used to ensure accurate and consistent color matches from batch to batch. The QC laboratory also employs several chemists with years of color matching experience. This expertise enables rapid adjustment and matching of all of your custom color needs. Chemical Analysis: Keystone s QC staff uses several advanced techniques, such as HPLC, GPC, Infrared Spectrophotometry, GC/FID and GC/MS, to ensure the exact chemical composition of our products. These instruments are also important in product formulation and production troubleshooting. Thickness/Viscosity: Brookfield-type Viscometers and general-purpose Rheometers are used to ensure the consistent thickness and flow properties of formulated air-dry and UV gel coatings. Keystone also has the ability to test key properties required for a variety of coating applications. Gloss, percent solids, film thickness and ph are just a few of the typical tests used to target properties of our product lines. If customer quality requirements expand beyond the scope of Keystone s capabilities, KRP has relationships with several outstanding contract analytical laboratories with quick turnaround times for non-standard testing.

10 REGULATORY Keystone Industries has a quality system in compliance with FDA s cgmp requirements that is also certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003, governing the requirements for medical devices. In addition, Keystone s quality system conforms to all known foreign regulatory requirements for the activities performed. Product support includes the preparation and maintenance of Product Information (PI) files on all cosmetic products sold into the European Union. These files contain confidential information required under the Cosmetic Products Regulation, EU Regulation 1223/2009, including the quantitative product formulations, hazard/safety information and raw material technical data. PI files are available to European Regulatory Officials through our European office located in the Netherlands. QUALITY. COMPLIANCE. EXCELLENCE. REACH: KRP understands the potential impact of EC regulation 1907/2006 (REACH) on the chemical industry in the European community. For that reason, we have, through our only representative, completed pre-registrations for all applicable substances, ensuring our products can continue to be sold in this vital marketplace. We also have ongoing communication with our suppliers and are continually evaluating our own registration needs to confirm that our products maintain conformity with REACH regulations.

12 TERMS & POLICIES Samples and Packaging: Samples of all products are available for testing purposes. All products are sold in bulk packaging. Upon request, filling and complete turnkey is available for the professional and retail markets. Minimum order quantities are required. Contact your representative for more information. Ordering: Goods will be sold only to established wholesalers and distributors. Minimum order values must be met before an order is processed. Special Orders: We will gladly manufacture non-stock specialty items for our Preferred Customers. Special orders are subject to a minimum order quantity and are not returnable. SDS and Regulatory: SDS for all products are included with each shipment and made available electronically upon request. PI files are maintained by KRP and are available to regulatory authorities in the event of an audit. Customers are responsible for following all federal, state and local cosmetic labeling and packaging laws. Pricing: Pricing is dependent on overall order quantities and packaging. Price is subject to change with notice. Delivery within the US: Keystone allows all domestic customers to ship via the carrier of their choice. If no shipping company is specified on the purchase order, we will use the carrier with the best shipping rate. All freight charges are to be paid by the customer and orders are shipped Freight Collect. Additional services via UPS and FedEx are available depending on the sizes and types of products shipping. Export drop ships are available for a $100 export processing fee. Delivery outside the US: All EU deliveries must be paid in Euros without exception. All orders ship Ex Works Cherry Hill, NJ or Oss, Netherlands. All China deliveries must be paid in RMB without exception. All orders ship Ex Works Guangzhou, China. Payment options within the US: Open accounts may be established following approval of a complete credit application. Open account invoices are payable 30 days from date of invoice.
