2 The first step towards selling vehicles with Road America --registration Sellers use this link for their first step towards listing vehicles with Road America

12 First step in listing vehicles (adding vehicles can also done on a mobile device) Road America is the only auction type all other fields are mandatory before continuing to the second step of listing a vehicle. All locations that seller selected as active are shown here Adding this will pre-populate the listing with vehicle information
13 Step 2 of listing a vehicle Condition reports are mandatory in Canada These fields are available if the seller desires to place a headline on the listing

15 Step 3 of listing a vehicle Although these are not mandatory fields, sellers should be encouraged to set a reserve and/or starting bid, unless that seller does not mind if the vehicle sells at a lower price.
16 Adding pictures Use this screen to click and drag in order to change the order of display, as well as add or delete images. It is recommended that images show the 4 corners of the vehicle s exterior, interior view including dashboard that shows gages, and other helpful photos such as trunk area, manufacture sticker, and damage. PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDING PICTURES IS BEST DONE THROUGH THE MOBILE APP.
17 These photos are examples of what not to do when taking that capture the overall exterior condition of the vehicle.

21 Interior pictures should include drivers side and front passenger side, dash showing mileage and other gages, and rear passenger area.
22 Other helpful pictures to include on an auction listing would be of the engine compartment area, damage, and manufacture sticker. If there are parts are missing from the vehicle, make sure you note this in the listing and take pictures of them.

39 Negotiation reserve not met This allows the seller to change the reserve price, and enter into negotiation. Selecting Accept will generate an invoice for the buyer. Stay can be selected only once in negotiation. Seller will wait for buyer reply. Buyer invoice will be generated if buyer says yes. Vehicle will be listed as no sale if buyer says no. Vehicle can be relisted at a later date with no listing fee.
40 Setting a new reserve If buyer still chooses not to meet the new reserve, the vehicle is listed as no sale. It can be relisted at a later date with no fee.
