1 cars4colorado TRADE-IN EVALUATION FORM Phone: You have the option of bringing the vehicle to us so that we can inspect it, or you may evaluate the vehicle yourself, using this evaluation form. Note that if we inspect the car, we will use this form as well. We can give you a firm price for your trade based on your evaluation as long as the evaluation is objective and accurate. If we use your evaluation, our price ultimately will be subject to verifying that the condition of the trade-in is as represented. This form may seem to be a bit long, but we have designed it to allow you to give us the most accurate description possible. For example, a car that is in essentially perfect condition except for one door ding through the paint should be rated a 4 on a 5-point scale, but it would be valued much higher than a car that is rated a 4 because it has light scratches all over it. This form allows you to make that distinction. Please complete the form, and then we would prefer that you scan it and it to us at: [email protected]. We will then send it on to potential buyers for firm bids. If you do not have a way to scan it, you may fax it if you call us at first. NOTE: Please also send us a copy of the registration for the car.
