1 MICRONIX, MICRONIX, is trading and consultancy company with a wide range of services especially in the field of industrial technologies. The company has it own installation team, which conducts the constructions on the building sites. The company s headquarters is in Prague and its national branches are also located in Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. Over 20 years long history of the company shaped our market position especially in the field of Power Back-Up (UPS), Electric Fire Systems (EFS), systems CCTV, Electric Security Systems (ESS). With the development of renewable energy sources, especially solar energetic sources, we have realized several significant projects in the Czech Republic since One of the largest projects with an exclusive delivery from MICRONIX represented investments of 500mil.CZK. We are also very active in supplying solar technologies from foreign partners, and also, in servicing these technologies. Electric Fire systems (EFS) In the field of EFA, MICRONIX uses the components from leading European producers especially GLOBAL FIRE EQUIPMENT and SCHRACK. Projected systems fulfill the most challenging requests of investors. They include especially industrial installations in building complexes of government administration, hotels, hospitals, schools, shopping centers, etc. One of our references, for example, is EFA Barrandov studios TV Nova and TV Barrandov. With our systems, we are able to serve up to 125 security zones in each circular loop with max construction of 13 loops. Components used in our installations have qualification certificates HOCHIKI. In our complete deliveries, we also realize the stable extinguishing equipment.

2 Electric Security Systems (ESS) The installations of electronic security systems by MICRONIX, is based on excellent and professional products from company SATEL. Our installations are used by our clients for securing the whole range of industrial and private premises starting from family houses and offices to company premises and halls. The particular chapter on it own is securing premises of solar power stations and solar parks. In this case, the system is completed with range of perimetric protections especially of circuit protected area with so called infrared barriers and microwave barriers. One zone of the central box is able to secure a segment of the space from 50m to 250m long, 10m wide and 5m high.

3 CCTV camera systems Camera systems by MICRONIX, are supplied under the trade mark ACTIVER. On our market, we represent suppliers mostly from Taiwan, who we have been cooperating with for over 12 years. We are mostly supplying and Construction Company. 40% of our total turnover accounts for the wholesale. Our construction team builds systems of any scale from monitoring of premises for living up to monitoring company s or warehouse s premises. The novelty is recording pictures and sounds from moving objects (cars) including displaying the records on common DVR server. The camera chips by SONY are a great advantage of our customer solutions. We offer our customers a complete service of analogue or digital systems including after sale service and business support. Our camera systems are often used to upgrade security of photovoltaic power stations. Renewable sources of energy The most dynamically developed department of MICRONIX, is construction of solar photovoltaic parks and roof photovoltaic systems. In 2009 and 2010, the company realized as a exclusive supplier almost 10MW of energetic sources and took part at other MW by supplying components. This year, we have moved toward cooperating on photovoltaic projects in abroad. Our key partners in this field are the leading world and European suppliers if energetic inverters KACO NEW ENERGY and supplier of solar components of wide use YINGLI SOLAR, CNBM and others. Since 2011, we have fully focused on off grid systems for photovoltaic sources and their assembly. These systems consume the produced electric energy immediately (like air-condition) and the surplus is

4 saved to battery system for later use outside the sunshine or at night. We supply small systems up to 5kW in the form of building kit. As for the large systems 15, 30 and 50kW, we can assemble them and make complete delivery. Back up sources (UPS) In the field of back-up sources, MICRONIX, is already traditional and stable supplier of continuous power technologies (UPS) and importer of back up batteries. We cooperate with world known partners EMERSON NETWORK POWER and CHLORIDE POWER PROTECTION. We provide complete solution from technical documentation processing, delivery, assembly and putting into operation up to integration to the energetic system of the investor. We closely cooperate with BROADCROWN and HITEC POWER PROTECTION in the field of motor-generators and rotary UPS systems. Back up sources of CSB with complete product line with capacities from 2.2Ah up to 3000Ah belong to the significant assortment of MICRONIX, Yuasa, the second largest producer of starter and back-up batteries, has been our partner for many years. We have had the agreement with this giant about the brand dealership in the Central Europe for over 10 years. We supply accumulators for Electronic Fire Alarms and Electronic Security Alarms under our own brand ALARMGUARD with far the widest range of capacities on the market; 0,8Ah up to 3000Ah. Also, the popularity of our new product line distributed under the brand LEAFTRON for UPS confirmed that we are making the right effort. And finally, we have to mention our success in charging sources. We closely cooperate with companies DECA and TECMATE, especially in the field of auto-motto. Light sources (LED) MICRONIX, is also dealing with lighting for outdoor and industrial use. It includes lighting solutions for various purposes with high demand for illumination intensity and long operation time especially production plants, building sites, warehouses. Even though there are high technical requirements, energy-saving LED

5 technology has several times lower consumption of electric energy and much longer autonomy than conventional lighting sources. Equally important trends, which Micronix is dealing with, are saving solutions in street lighting, urban public spaces, pedestrian zones, parks, crossings and monument complexes.
