This document helps users to understand and use this application. INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANT The Step by Step process for applying application is described here: Step 1: Register through the Online Portal to get Registered Login ID and Password. Step 2: Apply Online after login using the registered Login ID and Password and Obtain a Tracking ID for your application. Step 3: Then, Submit the Application in Physical Form at concerned PIU/RO/HO office. Step 4: After submission of Physical Copy, you may track your application Status by clicking on Application Tracking Link. APPLY FOR This section includes Applicant Login links for the below Application type: Online Access Permission for Fuel Stations. Access Permission for Laying Optical Fibre Cable. Access Permission for Laying Gas Pipeline. Access Permission for Laying Water Pipeline. Access Permission for Laying Sewer Line. Access Permission for Public/Private Property. The Applicant has to click on the Application link for which the applicant want to submit the application. Page 14

15 ATS NHAI ADMIN LOGIN: 1. NHAI ADMIN can reach the Applicant login page by clicking on NHAI User Login link. 2. NHAI Admin enters the login ID and password and click on submit button for logged in the site. NHAI ADMIN DASHBOARD: NHAI Admin Dashboard contains 1. Category Management 2. Report Generation 3. User Management Category Management: Category Management is used to Add New Application Categories And also we can edit the categories here. Page 15

16 ADD NEW CATEGORY: This page will come when NHAI Admin click on ADD New button. To Add New category NHAI Admin has to fill the below details: Category Name Application Type Name Total Time for Clearance After Filling the above details NHAI admin will click on the submit button and new category will be added. EDIT CATEGORY: Edit button in category management is to edit the Clearance Time for Application Type. This screen will come when the NHAI Admin will click on Edit button. NHAI Admin will enter the No of Days and click on Submit button. Page 16

REPORT GENERATION: The Report Generation Page has following options for report generation (NHAI Admin can generate the report by using anyone of the below search item by entering the value and click

There are two options available to download the report are: EXCEL PDF The reports will be downloaded once we click on any of the above option. Page 17

18 The Report Generated by this option contains the below details: Application ID Subject Applicant Name Acknowledgement Date Application Category Application Type Total Days Taken for Clearance Over Dues Current Status View History VIEW HISTORY: This page will open when NHAI Admin will click on View History button in report generation. This Page displays Complete application movement. Here we can see that which NHAI official has taken how many days to process the application. Page 18

19 EXPORTING THE REPORT: PDF Format: This is the format of the PDF& Excel downloaded after report generation. EXCEL Format: USER MANAGEMENT: This Section is for NHAI officials User creation and Edit the existing Users. To create new user the NHAI Admin has to fill all the details required in user creation section. Page 19
