Highlights of my tenure include: Building campaign: Planning, oversight, and fundraising for a $21 million partial reconstruction and comprehensive renovation of law school complex. Despite several previous false starts, my efforts resulted in a debt-free renovation project that commenced in December Reputational enhancement: Led institution during a period of unprecedented positive recognition and media attention including a first-time, tier-one overall ranking (2015 Above The Law) and various national awards. Increased enrollments: Restructured admissions and recruiting system, revamped scholarship system, and redesigned marketing resulting in an enrollment increase in exceeding 25%. Innovation and collaboration: Proposed, spearheaded, and implemented the following innovative programs and initiatives in cooperation with the law faculty: - Honors scholar program for J.D. students. - Two-year juris doctor program for international lawyers and students. - Dual country, tri-city, quad-week study abroad program in Asia. - International collaborative relationships involving Japan, South Korea, and China. - New experiential opportunities including an acclaimed Summer Trial Academy, Domestic Relations Court Clinic, and Public Health Law Clinic. - Master in Legal Studies degree for non-lawyers. - Certificate in Intellectual Property for non-lawyers.
