1 Our Story Ambassadors to the Nations is an International missions ministry based our of Freedom Christian Center, Inc. Charlotte, NC. Founded by Pastors Darey and Karen Jolley in 1992, it has served the cause of Christ in Central America Faithfully through short term missions teams. Led by their Pastor, Dr. Dean Melton, they have worked in 9 different nations. Video Bible Colleges have been established in Mexico, and Nicaragua, and the ministry founded and operates 3 preschool to 9th grade schools in Nicaragua. Churches, Medical Clinics, feeding programs and community stores have also been established in several nations. The vision that the Lord has put on our hearts is far to great for us to accomplish without people like you helping to support those in other countries. We have a call, a purpose, that burns in our hearts. Together we can see needs met for our church family in the nations! Our heart's cry is to provide a solid education to the children both academically and spiritually. Ifyou choose to help or support either a Pastor and their family or a child so that they may attend a Christian school, it will change their lives forever (and your's too!). Sharing His Love Pastors Darey & Karen Jolley Missions Directors We offer two sponsorship programs through our missions. First, we have over 800 students in Nicaragua in our 3 Christian schools that we have built. You can sponsor a child for $10.00 a month This provides this child a Christian education, a hot meal everyday, school supplies, and a good learning environment. Second, we have Pastors and Bible school teachers in Mexico and Nicaragua. You can sponsor a Pastor or a Teacher for $20.00 a month This money is sent to that person every month to help them with their personal needs to do ministry. 100% of the money collected is given to this program. We do not take any money out for over head for Ambassadors to the Nations. We travel to these countries every few months and check on the schools, churches, medical clinics, etc. that are a part of Ambassadors to the Nations. 3 71 YEAR OLD WIDOW LADY BLESSED BY ANDREW WOMMACK Beautiful new home!!!! Helena was living in a wooden shack with her grandchildren sleeping on cardboard in Las Maderas, Nicaragua, when Andrcw Wommack heard us talk about building her a home. It was thcn that he said, "I want to bless her". Now she is living in a bcautiful home made from blocks that has an indoor bathroom, electricity, windows, doors and furniture. She is truly BLESSED and a testimony ofthe goodness ofgod!! Ambassadors to the Nations also builds and operates schools and churches in Nicaragua, Mexico, Cuba, and Jamaica. We have 3 Christian Schools in Nicara -- --~ ~--- I ir gua with over 800 students. Our chil dren are supported through our Child's Sponsorship program for $ a month. We also have 3 churches, 1 medical clinic and a feeding program in Xiloa, Nicaragua. In Mexico, we 6 churches that we work with and have helped to build their facilities. We also have one Bible School in Torreon, Mexico that we teach the "Grace and Faith" message and have graduated over 1000 students. In Cuba and Jamaica, we have one church in each country. 4 HELP A NEEDY FAMILY By BUILDING A HOME Ambassadors to the Nations has a heart to help needy families in Nicaragua and Mexico have a home. We have been building homes in these countries for over 15 years. With the help of supporters donating money and through fundraisers, we have built more than 50 homes. These families have gone from living in cardboard, plastic or a wooden shack with dirt floors and no electricity or an indoor bathroom, now to living in a home made out of blocks with a cement floor with windows, doors, a bathroom and electricity. Normally the homes we build are around sq. ft. Sometimes we are able to make them bigger, depending on the size of the family. The cost for one of these homes to bless a faithful member of our church or school is around $4, $4, We also help the families by buying them furniture and house hold items (full size bed, table and chairs, shower curtain, towels, dishes, etc). The cost for this is around $ We will select a family for you and will let you know all about them and also send pictures of them in their new home after the project is completed. Together, they have labored side by side to accomplish the Vision given to them for Ambassadors to the Nations since '992. The passion to spread the gospel, educate those without hope, feed those that suffer with nothing to eat, and train people in the Grace and Faith message continues to burn sl"rong and vibrant in their hearts for over 1.5 years. l'his vision has never deviated from the call that God gave them. In Psal1n 2:8, it says, "Ask and I will give the Nations to you, as an inheritance". 6 Church Ministry It has been the vision of Ambassadors to the Nations from the beginning to preach the gospel and to see lives changed, people saved and delivered. We have built or helped to establish II churches in Nicaragua, Mexico. Cuba, Jamaica and Africa. Each have their own buildings and Pastors. Island of Ometepe Church Bible Schools Ambassadors to the Nations has 3 Bible Schools in Torreon, Mexico, Ometepe and Las Maderas, Nicaragua. Our students are being taught the Faith and Grace message. We have graduated over ICX>O students to "GO" and preach the good newsl Toy and Food Distribution Your giving helps to ship 43 ft. containers to Nicaragua and trailers to Mexico 6 times a year. The average cost per container to Nicaragua is $7, and the trailer to Mexico is $2, We are able to ship 35,000 gift wrapped toys a year, boxes of clothes, shoes, school supplies, school desks, medicine, food and bikes. In our mission room in Charlotte, NC, we receive donations of toys, pencils, crayons, coloring books, toothbrushes, etc. that a team of people package and wrap every week, year around for our ministries in the Nations. We minister to between 3,000-10,CX>O people on every mission trip. we take short term mission trips with teams to Nicaragua, Mexico and Cuba 6 times a year. We have 700 students that we educate. feed a hot meal everyday and train in the ways of the Lord. Our children attend our schools FREE. thanks to our SIO.OO a month sponsorship program for the children, that you can be a part of with us. We have over 60 full time directors, teachers. cooks. secretaries and guards that work at our schools. Our vision includes changing a Nallon through education. Medical Ministry ; We have I Medical Clinic in Las Maderas, Nicaragua. Many people walk and ride bikes for a chance to be seen and given medical help. Medical donations come from the USA to help meet the health and dental needs of the people.
