The focus of this course is to teach students how to serve the needs of the body of Christ. Each student serves three to six hours per week in a practical area of service in capacities such as evangelism, care for the elderly, hospital visitation, feeding the homeless, housekeeping, landscaping, etc. Each student is required to participate in order to graduate. FINANCIAL & MORAL RESPONSIBILITY I hereby make application to Calvary Chapel Bible College Indianapolis. I understand my responsibility to fulfill all classroom assignments. I will also cooperate in observing all regulations and upholding the standards of the college that are asked of me. Calvary Chapel Bible College may subject a student to a national criminal background check due to the student living on the same property as Horizon Christian Fellowship and School, with children present; I authorize the administration of Calvary Chapel Bible College to conduct such a check. 6 CCBCi Fee Outline Acceptance to Calvary Chapel Bible College Indianapolis is a two-step process. The first step is Applying. First year students must complete and submit the application packet, along with the non-refundable $50 application fee. Second year students must complete and submit the re-enrollment packet to the administrative office. Second, once the student's application has been processed and officially accepted to CCBCi, the student will receive the paperwork necessary to complete the enrollment process. The completed paperwork, along with the fees due (as outlined below) needs to be submitted to the school s administrative office for processing and approval. When all fees are paid and paperwork is complete, the student will be notified of their housing assignment. The following is for one single student for one college year: Tuition. Housing and Meals International Mission Trip Materials.. $ $ $ $ (Payment contracts are available for married couples and married couples with children for on and off campus living) $ (2 Semesters/10 months of college) $ (1 Semester/5 months of college) As part of the enrollment process, a financial contract will be completed and signed prior to the commencement of the college year. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, tuition payments are refundable according to our refund policy. Your tuition is due on the 1 st of each month as stated above. Payment is considered late if it is not received by the 5 th of the month. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged to your account for that month. If the payment is not received by the 10 th of the month, upon evaluation you may not be permitted to attend classes until the account is brought current. If you are not able to pay by the end of the month, upon review you may no longer be able to attend the college or live on campus. You are asked to contact the college office if your payment will not be received by the 5 th of the month. We will work with you in any way to keep your education going! Any student s account with a history of late payments or issued deadlines on a payment plan may be asked by the administration to pay tuition and fees in full or prepaid installments. Financial contracts are available for married couples and married couples with children for living on or off campus. It is the student's responsibility to make timely payments. No invoices or reminder notices will be sent. If there is a financial hardship, it is the student s responsibility to contact the accounting office to discuss possible payment arrangements. In order to secure enrollment and housing for the college year, the deposit & additional fees must be paid on their due dates: First Year Students Application Fee - $50.00 Enrollment Fee - $ Payment plans are available: Option #1 2 Payments (Entering during Fall Semester) Returning Second Year Students Reenrollment Fee - $ Graduation Fee - $50.00 (paid at the start of the second year) 1 st payment due: August 1 st $ nd payment due: Jan. 2 nd $ Option #2 10 Payments (Entering during Fall Semester) 1 Deposit: July 3 rd $ Subsequent Payments $ (August April) due at the 1 st of each month Option #5 5 Payments (Entering during Spring Semester) 1 Deposit: Dec 15 th $ Subsequent Payments $ (Jan April) due at the 1 st of each month (Option #5 has the amount of $625 added to the semester total to make up the difference in the total practicum cost from the first semester that other students began paying into in August.) The cost also includes: 1) A one week Backpacking Trip, with, transportation, food, hiking, camping, and team building experiences. 2) Three day Midwest Pastor s Conference 3) A three week (approximately) International Mission Trip, reaching countries such as the Ukraine, England, Mexico, Israel and Nicaragua with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 4) Various local ministry and outreach opportunities with different churches and organizations throughout the year. 5) Note: Mission cost may exceed money allocated with tuition payments resulting in additional payments and/or class fundraisers to make up the difference in the price for the end of the college year practicum mission trip. It is necessary that students provide their own MP3 player. Please also bring enough notebooks (composition books) for every subject (approximately 10), as your notes could be reviewed.
