1 Consolidated Systems and Supplies Newsletter CSS Expands its Security Portfolio CSS has expanded its security portfolio by opening a state-of-the-art 24-hour Central Monitoring Station operating under the name CSS Pulse. We have also entered the residential security market by offering Home Intrusion Alarm Systems. 2 New Hires Tamisha Boyce, Central Station Manager Tamisha Boyce has been a business professional for over twelve years. Ms. Boyce successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in During the course of her studies at this university, she simultaneously studied and successfully attained certificates from the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity in Project Management, Administrative Management and Human Resources Management. Over the years, Ms. Boyce has also attained several certificates in Personnel Development and Training and has had extensive training in Customer Service. In her capacity as Central Station Manager, Ms. Boyce is responsible for ensuring our clients alarm systems are installed flawlessly and all alarms are responded to with the highest level of urgency. Akeem Williams, Research and Design Engineer Akeem Williams obtained a Bsc in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of the West Indies. He also possesses an Associate degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Barbados Community College. Akeem s educational background has equipped him with critical skills necessary to execute his job functions such as Networks and Security, Programming, Software and System Engineering, and Project Analysis and Processing. Tahira Dawe, Finance Officer To be a world-class company, we must have world-class talent. -Tansal Akcayli, CEO Tahria was born and raised in Barbados. She has recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. Prior to that she completed an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Economics at the Barbados Community College. Tahira worked at a financial institution for 5 years before joining CSS. She possesses a passion and love for Accounting. 2

3 New Hires (Continued) Isala Talma, Logistics and Project Support Officer Isala was born and raised In Barbados and also spent some time in Denmark after receiving a scholarship. Isala s background is primarily in Customer Service, Sales and Underwriting although she possesses a passion for interior design. Isala s position as Logistics and Project Support Officer at CSS is key to our timely delivery of equipment to our clients. She also provides project support to ensure all of our installations are executed within the allocated time and budget. Susan Beckwith, Sales and Administrative Support Officer Ms. Beckwith works out of our St. Lucia office and provides all Sales and project support to our team there. Prior to CSS, Ms. Beckwith worked in the Sales and Marketing fields for several companies where she was successful in closing many deals for large international companies. Her customer base included large corporate companies such as Nokia, Racal, Invensys and Motorola. Ms. Beckwith also owed and managed an electronic component and software company in the UK. 3

In St Thomas the system consisted of 62 High Definition IP cameras, 2 Network recorders, with over The Falls at West Mall - Trinidad The Falls at West Mall is an ultra modern shopping mall situated in Port of Spain. It is the largest shopping mall in North West Trinidad and is one of the busiest malls in Trinidad. West Mall offers a plethora of upscale outlets with premium shopping experience. HSD cameras at the entrances, exits and parking lot to monitor all incoming vehicular and pedestrian traffic to the mall. The system comprises of 64 Cameras on the VideoEdge and Intellex recorders. 5 Some New Projects Port Zante St. Kitts Port Zante, located just outside St. Kitts' capital, Basseterre, opened in 2005 to accommodate big cruise ships such as Cunard's Queen Mary 2. The port offers beautiful promenades surrounded by elegant shops, restaurants, and cafes. Like all ports, reliable security is imperative. CSS was asked to provide a solution to secure the port and did so with an IP CCTV system consisting of IP SpeedDome cameras and a state of the art NVR unit. Additionally, CSS is building the Command Centre software using Tyco s Victor Integrated Security Platform. Marriott Vacation Club International St. Kitts The Marriott Vacation Club International, St. Kitts, consists of oceanfront 2 and 3-bedroom villas with separate living and dining areas, full kitchens and private balconies. CSS was successful in winning the bid to supply and install an IP CCTV solution as a security measure for the villas. We secured the area using Illustra 600 cameras that are supported by a VideoEdge NVR unit using Tyco s Victor Site Manager. Trinidad & Tobago Police Service - Trinidad In an effort to fight the alarming rise in crime in Trinidad, as well as to improve the working conditions for the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, the Government embarked on an expansion drive to increase the number and quality of Police Stations in the country, especially in rural areas. The Government undertook a fast track design, build program, and hired Bouygues Construction, one of the top 10 biggest construction companies worldwide to implement this program, and deliver 8 police stations in a 12-month period. CSS was chosen from an open tender, competing with other companies from the USA, Europe and Caribbean, to supply specialty door opening solutions to all eight police stations. CSS supplied solid wood doors with steel frames, heavy duty and maximum duty steel doors with steel frames, grade 1 ANSI hardware (locks, hinges, exit devices, door closers, etc) to meet the required Sound Transmission rating and fire ratings of the buildings 5
