3 Some of the most downloaded files from your template are images. So let s offload one. Press Ctrl and F to bring up the search field and search for any JPEGs, GIFs, or PNGs within your template. Search for any images you want to upload! Image extensions end in GIF, JPEG, JPG and PNG. Open the image by itself in a separate tab, save to disk, and upload to your new server. We recommend using the exact same file path to keep things simple. Upload using your preferred FTP client 3

4 Next change the original URL to the new location and you have completed the offload! Using the same method, here s how you would handle a JavaScript file: Remember to look for the source (e.g. img src= " ") and offload that and not the href (e.g. a href=" ") target. Now that you ve offloaded a few of your files keep going! The savings will add up. Focus on the large images that are loaded most frequently.
