The ReadyMade Cookbook Plan is for groups who want lightning-fast delivery of a quality cookbook with little or no preparation time, but still have a personalized front cover and up to four free local information pages. Fundcraft has collected and tested recipes for 10 gourmet cookbooks and made them available to groups of all sizes. With a minimum order of just 50 cookbooks, the front cover can be personalized along with your custom local information pages as the first four pages in the book. Your price for these cookbooks is a low $2.50. While we recommend a selling price of $5.00, your group can set a higher price to generate more profit for your fundraising program. 4 ReadyMade Cookbook Plan recipe page features Delicious, kitchen-tested recipes The ReadyMade Cookbook Plan offers ten unique recipe collections. These delicious recipes have been kitchen tested, so you have the confidence of knowing your cookbook is of the highest quality. Easy-to-read recipe format Our ReadyMade recipe format, with its large type and bold recipe titles, provides for easy readability. Note the quality of the 60# white paper stock and compare it with other publishers books whose paper you can see through, making it more difficult to read. Non-continued recipes All ReadyMade cookbooks include the non-continued recipes feature if there is not enough room to fit a recipe in the space remaining on a page, the entire recipe will be printed on the following page. Non-continued recipes also keep readers from having to flip back and forth when using the cookbook. Fillers and borders Blank areas at the bottom of pages will be printed with small food-related clip art fillers where space permits. The ReadyMade program uses the old-fashioned kitchen filler set, shown here. In addition to fillers, the top and bottom of each page will be printed with a decorative border. 4

5 other free page features Free local information pages Included at the front of your ReadyMade cookbook are four free local information pages. These pages can include one black and white photo and can be used for whatever information you wish to include. Some suggestions are: an expression of appreciation, a dedication page, an inspirational poem or story, the history of your group or your church schedule. Free table of contents and index In addition to the four free pages in the front of the cookbook, your books will also include a table of contents and an alphabetical index of recipes. ReadyMade Cookbook Plan Healthy Hints Another included feature of the ReadyMade cookbook plan is our 16-page Healthy Cooking Hints section. This section of nutritional information will be placed at the back of your cookbook just after the recipe index. Many of the hints are illustrated and depict a number of meal preparation subjects. The useful information and easy-to-read format is a great complement to any cookbook and will help your cookbook sell. cover, divider and binder features Matching cover Each ReadyMade cookbook comes complete with a fullcolor laminated cover which matches the recipe collection theme. 12 ReadyMade Cookbook Plan terms and policies Minimum order The minimum order for the ReadyMade Cookbook Plan is 50 cookbooks; however, you do not need to order books in multiples of even 50s. Additionally, you may order more than one cookbook design on one order form, as long as the number of books ordered for each design is at least 50. The same cover wording and local information pages can be used for all designs you order. Proof copy If you provide a fax number on the order form, a proof of your cover and local information pages will be faxed to you for approval. Fax proofs held longer than three days may result in a production delay. Corrections will be made free of charge, but any changes to the originally submitted materials may incur additional charges at publisher s discretion. Overrun/underrun All orders are subject to a 10% overrun/underrun. This is standard practice in the printing industry, due to an estimated 10% spoilage which may occur at different phases of production. You will only be billed for the actual number of books you receive, which may be up to 10% more or less than the number ordered. Production time Provided your fax proofs are approved within three days, your cookbooks will be shipped within two weeks of receiving your order. Shipping costs All orders will be shipped UPS. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. Please provide a street address for shipping, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box. Payment terms Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of final invoice. An invoice will be mailed the day your order ships. Reordering Your book sales will create a demand for your personalized cookbook that continues for months and even years. Therefore, we keep your printing plates five years from the last printing, and the reprint will cost exactly the same as your first order. Many groups have reordered from five to 25 times over a period of 20 years. 12

TERMS OF THE PRINTING ORDER: Fundcraft Publishing, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the Company, agrees to publish the selected ReadyMade cookbooks with a personalized cover and local information pages.the purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, agrees to furnish material for the front cover imprint and local information page material. PRODUCTION: The Company assumes responsibility for scheduling and production of the cookbooks with normal production time for the ReadyMade program at four weeks to ship after the order arrives. This time may vary during the holiday season. SHIPPING: The Company will prepay the freight on all cookbook orders in the continental United States and the shipping charges will be added to the Customer s invoice. PAYMENT: The Company requires no investment or down payment to recognized fundraising groups. Total billed amount is due 30 days from the ship date. Freight charges will be included in the billing. If collection agency and/or attorney fees are required to collect overdue accounts, the customer is liable for all collection charges. A 1 1 2% monthly finance charge will be added on all past due accounts. Credit terms apply only to fundraising church and civic groups. All other orders require 50% payment with the order Visa or MasterCard or by check with the balance due when the order is ready to ship.two authorized adult signers (not related) are necessary for any fundraising group. Only one signer is needed with an individual book that is prepaying the account. CONDITIONS: This ReadyMade cookbook order form is the entire binding contract between Fundcraft Publishing and the Customer; no other statements or oral agreements are binding. Cancellations after this order form is received will still hold the Customer responsible for costs incurred by the Company concerning actual preparation and/or production on order. Fundcraft reserves the right to accept or reject all order applications or cancel any order already in production for cause. INDEMNIFICATION: The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all loss, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the Company by groups alleging that the said printing violates any copyright, trademark or any proprietary right of any person or business. The Customer agrees, at the Customer s own expense, to promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action or proceeding that may be brought against the Company. CREDIT APPROVAL: All orders on open account are subject to credit approval of responsible adult individuals.
