1 ARTICULATION AGREEMENT between and Pennsylvania College of Technology Bachelor of Science Technology Management (B TM/BD T) PURPOSE This agreement establishes a mechanism for graduates of Corning community College in the following majors to complete the requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Technology Management at Pennsylvania College of Technology. This agreement establishes a mechanism of articulation for graduates of the following Programs: Auto Body and Collision Repair (A.A.S.) Automotive Technology (A.A.S.) Criminal Justice (A.A.S.) Criminal Justice Transfer Program (A.S.) Early Childhood Studies (A.A.S.) Electrical Technology- Electronics (A.A.S) Information Technology (A.A.S.) Machine Tool Technology (A.A.S.) Manufacturing Technology (A.A.S.) Mechanical Technology: CAD Design (A.A.S.) GOALS A. To provide a well-defined mechanism for graduates of the A.A.S.IA.S. programs listed above at to begin the B.S. in Technology Management at the appropriate entry point. B. To recruit associate-degree graduates whose career goals include acquisition of a baccalaureate degree in Technology Management (BTM/BDT). II. TRANSFER/ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS Pennsylvania College of Technology will accept graduates into the Technology Management major if they meet the following requirements and adhere to the Admission Procedures (Part IV). A. applicants must have a final cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher (2.0 on a 4.0 scale). B. corning Community College applicants must have completed the courses to be transferred (see Part Ill) with grades of C (2.0) or higher. 1 Page

3 Additional course-specific recommendations or stipulations: A. Of the final 60 credits required by the bachelor-degree curriculum, 6 must be completed at Penn College. B. Technical and major related coursework completed as part of the A.A.S. or AS. degree will fulfill the 9 Previous Program Course credits in semesters 1- of the BTM/BDT. C. Coursework completed as part of the A.A.S. or A.S. degree will be applied to the Technology Management major according to the framework in Appendix A. D. General Education courses other than those listed above will be evaluated on a course-by- course basis for equivalency to Penn College courses. E. MATH1O1S Intro to Algebra is equivalent to PCT MTHOO5 Intermediate Algebra I. This is a non-credit bearing developmental course and will not satisfy graduation requirements. IV. ADMISSION PROCEDURES A. students must submit a completed Application for Admission. B. Applicant must provide an official transcript of all college course work. C. Applicant must also submit a nonrefundable $50 application fee. V. INSTATE TUITION Students enrolling at Pennsylvania College of Technology with a completed Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree from Corning Corhmunity College outlined in this agreement will be eligible for in-state tuition and fees. Students should notify Pennsylvania College of Technology s Admissions Office of their enrollment under this articulation agreement to process the in-state tuition eligibility. ~Page
