The Retail Agents earn additional revenue by opening bank accounts for their unbanked customers and servicing transactions. STEO TWO: The transactions are supported by the Innocard payment platform which provides the widest range of mobile payment and bill paying transaction solutions available in the world today. The solution also incorporates a card that can be used at the POS Terminal to purchase goods or at any ATM.
4 The Innobanking System STEP THREE: The Retail Agents are supported by the conveniently located Innobanking Micro-Branch with ATM facilities which act as a Master Agent with larger cash reserves. The ATM s incorporate highly innovative cash recycling technology as they not only issue cash but also accept and validate notes and then automatically make them available to be issued. Cash recycling technology reduces maintenance costs and improves the level of service to customers that could not otherwise have been provided. STEP FOUR: The satellite Micro-Branches are fully branded and supported by the regional Bank branch. Innobanking provides the Micro-Branches for the Bank by leveraging off a modest annual advertising budget to achieve unprecedented value and exposure. This strategy rapidly increases geographical territory and market share.

That is more that 35% of the county s GDP. 66% of sub Saharan Africa is unbanked, around a half billion adults. In Ghana there is approximately 9,000,000 adults who are unbanked. 1 ATM micro-branch per month, recruiting just 2 POS Retail Agents per week who each convert just 10 customers per week to a mobile bank account with card for free cashless purchases results in 268 Retail Agents and 191,460 new customers producing a approximately 932,731 in revenue in just 36 months.
