4 4 History of RANI 1997 RNIP (RANI) founda>on. JSC «MAKS» is the leader of RNIP (RANI). First NTPL policy for 9 NPPs was issued 1999 First NTPL policy with Leningrad NPP 2007 First reinsurance business with Ukrainian Nuclear Insurance Pool 2008 JSC «SOGAZ» became a new leader of RNIP (RANI)

10 History of RANI: international and local insurance inspections First internahonal insurance inspechon was held at two Russian NPPs (Leningrad and Balakovo) in Conclusion: Russian nuclear insurance risks can be reinsured. InternaHonal inspechons. The first round of inspechons of all plants will be done in RANI plans to conduct 2 internahonal inspechons every year. Follow up internahonal inspechons. 3 f- up inspechons were done. RANI plans to conduct 2 f- up inspechons every year. Local insurance inspechons on FCF and Research InsHtutes. 4 inspechons were done in Insurance inspechons on foreign NPPs. Our expert parhcipated in 3 inspechons in

11 11 History of RANI: trainings of engineers 2012: First INPO training was arranged in Moscow. Engineering training for Russian engineers was arranged by American Nuclear Insurers (USA). Classroom training organised on insurance risk assessment at NPPs, covering NSO, TPL, MB & FP. AddiHonal training provided by ANI (USA). PracHcal on- site training being provided in Russia and overseas. Russian engineer parhcipated at three foreign internahonal insurance inspechons as an inspector. Russian engineer became a member of Engineering Subcommi\ee of the internahonal pooling system.
