Validate & analyze post-season data (harvest, planting and application data) B. Verify & load pre-season setup data (boundaries, maps, prescriptions, variety locator) STEP 3 Optimize equipment performance by verifying that equipment is set up properly and that you and your team fully understand how to make adjustments to equipment. STEP 4 Calibrate your combine to ensure that yield and moisture results are accurate as possible. Providing you with the necessary assistance and knowledge to complete these 4 critical steps is the goal to which we strive. In order to meet this goal KFG has created a suite of service and support offerings entitled Ready-Set-Go. The purpose for KFG Ready-Set-Go packages is to provide a proactive approach to you, our customer, as it relates to in-field efficiency. Our offerings are designed to be multifaceted services that when applied together become a complete proactive solution that provides you with information and identifies issues before those issues can cause in-season down time. Access the latest functionality for your AMS hardware with these spring and fall updates. 1-3 units $250/year 4-6 units $450/year 7-10 units $700/year 11+ units $800/year A unit consists of a display, receiver and rate controller connected to 1 vehicle. Separated hardware or hardware at other locations will be considered as additional units and invoiced accordingly. GEN DISPLAY SEMI-ANNUAL UPDATES John Deere releases new software for Command Arm mounted Gen 4 displays on a semi-annual basis. Based on these needs a KFG Representative will create a personalized training agenda. Let these semi-annual on the farm appointments enhance your understanding of Apex Farms Software, MyJohnDeere Operations Center and John Deere displays, receivers & rate controllers. Winter Session Options: Session Period December 1 March 31 $250 Summer Session Options: Session Period June 15 August 31 $250 Each session not to exceed 3 hours. Additional time invoice on ½ hour increments. AMS PHONE SUPPORT Supporting the in-season technology needs of our customers in 24 counties and 3 states is a big job. Many issues can arise the first few days of planting and harvest season and when they do you want someone you can talk to quickly. AMS Phone Support was created to address in-season technology concerns quickly and conveniently. Phone Support is available during normal business hours and during extended in-season hours along with afterhours voic . $250/year Apex and prescription related issues are not intended content for AMS Phone Support and should be addressed preseason via our Technology Support Pkg.
