Exchange integration with AskCody is available as a cloud or hybrid solution Cloud AskCody enables communication between the various products and Exchange through Exchange Web Services and the AskCody Cloud. You will need to add a new AskCody user to the mailboxes of the Exchange resources that should be displayed on Today+, ActivityView or in the WayFinder (e.g. [email protected], [email protected], etc.). You will have to provide us with a list of all resources to be added to our cloud service, the AskCody username and password (the EWS credentials), as well as the web address of your Outlook Web Access/Exchange Web Services. Instant updates! Our web server communicates with Exchange and updates AskCody solutions when a new meeting is scheduled on your Exchange server. The Exchange calendar is updated when users make bookings from an AskCody service. On-prem hybrid Benefit from the control and security of an on-premise solution.
