Order Searches from the Electronic Matter Because details have been entered into the Electronic Matter, there is no re-keying needed to place an order. Data fields are pre-populated and appropriate utilities and authorities are listed for selection reducing the amount of expertise needed to do the work. Receive Search results directly into the Electronic Matter Online services will return the search result almost immediately. Other services will take a little longer depending on the service provider. Conveniently, search results are automatically stored permanently in the Electronic Matter from which you ordered them. They can be merged, then printed or ed at the click of a button! Cost are automatically debited to the correct matter ledger at the time the search is completed As soon as the search result is delivered to the Electronic Matter, the cost is debited to the matter ledger. This immediacy means that you will bill every disbursement and eliminate having irritating disbursements that miss the bill.
