1 Employment Opportunities available at MHMR of Tarrant County The Texas Health and Human Services Commission will implement the Texas Healthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement 1115 Waiver program (1115 Transformation Waiver which is designed to enhance health care in Texas. MHMR of Tarrant County (MHMRTC) will participate in the waiver to promote health care transformation, including improved access, quality, cost-effectiveness and coordination of services. The following position will promote and assist in the implementation and ongoing support of waiver services developed through MHMRTC: SR. DIRECTOR: INTEGRATED CARE The Integrated Care Director is responsible for planning all phases of the 1115 Transformation Waiver Integrated Care project during development and implementation. The Director will work in partnership with MHMRTC and FQHC staff to develop and execute activities and tasks related to Primary Care and behavioral health services. Following implementation, the Program Director will provide oversight of behavioral health and Primary care services for all MHMRTC sites and coordinate primary care for a minimum of 425 individuals at multiple locations. This position requires extensive internal and external collaboration and advanced communication skills, both written and verbal. Local travel required to multi program sites. Minimum Qualifications: Master s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Human Services or Behavioral Science. Required License: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or RN; 5 years supervisory or program oversight experience in a behavioral health or primary care setting. Salary: DOE PROGRAM SPECIALIST II: INTEGRATED CARE Provide administrative support to 1115 Waiver Integrated Care Director. Work with considerable independence, initiative and judgment under the supervision of the Director to effectively and efficiently achieve the goals and objectives of 1115 Waiver Integrated Care project. Assist in community meetings and public speaking engagements as needed by the Director. Ability to compile, manage and monitor complex data and develop and distribute reports. Provide leadership and intra agency collaboration regarding all aspects of expanding behavioral health services. Work includes monitoring and evaluating local state and federal guidelines, Medicaid documentation/reimbursement requirements and Texas Administrative Code Mental Health Community Standards. This position is instrumental in coordinating care throughout the agency (15 program sites) and expanding current capacity by 800 individuals. Provides administrative and clinical leadership to 21 FTE 1115 Waiver staff for the Expand Behavioral Health project. Works with considerable independence, initiative and judgment under the supervision of the Senior Director of MHAS to effectively and efficiently achieve the goals and objectives of the 1115 Waiver project. Responsible for extensive intra-agency coordination and communication. Local travel required to multi program sites. Qualifications: Master s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Human Services or Behavioral Science. Required License: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or RN; 5 years supervisory or program oversight experience in a behavioral health or primary care setting. Responsible for client outcomes, specifically 1115 Transformation Waiver (1115), DSHS, and CARF outcomes. Will complete utilization review of the Detoxification Programs. Responsible for implementing evidence based practices to meet the vision, mission, and strategic plan objectives. Must have extensive knowledge and ability to work with stakeholders including family members, primary care physicians, and specialists. Must be able to have productive relationships with staff and collaterals. Will provide supervision for Detoxification clinical staff. Qualifications: Advanced Practitioner Nurse Professional License (APN) with five years management/supervisory experience. Salary: DOE

Develop and distribute reports meeting required timelines and deadlines. Ability to track, organize, and report 1115 Waiver Project Milestone and Metric data and information and deliver such data by required submission dates. This position requires extensive internal and external collaboration and advanced communication skills both written and verbal. Local travel may be required to multiple program sites. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral, health and human services, business or marketing, 3 years full-time work experience. Salary: DOE DATA ANALYST Responsible for developing tracking spreadsheets to record milestones data and maintaining the system related to the 1115 Transformation Waiver. Works closely with each Division and 1115 Waiver DSRIP project team to develop processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting satisfaction, process, and outcome data. Provide guidance to project teams to identify and/or develop performance benchmarking and outcome measures, data collection processes, and reporting methodologies. Use Advanced Statistical Analysis for forecasting and identifying patterns and trends. Prepare and disseminate meaningful, user friendly reports for use by the project teams to ensure success of 1115 Waiver projects. Qualifications: Completion of a doctoral degree program that led to the acquisition of skills and knowledge for conducting statistical analysis. Knowledge of complex statistical concepts, methods, and appropriate application. Knowledge of scientific research methods, principles, techniques, and philosophy. Ability to analyze research data and present findings. Salary: DOE NURSE DIRECTOR: RN CASE MANAGEMENT Responsible for development and implementation of a disease management program for special populations including people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Must have experience with disease management. Must have the ability to develop programs from the ground up. Must have extensive knowledge and ability to work with stakeholders including family members, primary care physicians, and specialists. Must be able to have productive relationships with staff and collaterals. Work includes developing and executing appropriate disease management activities and interventions. Supervises RN positions and works under the supervision of the Chief of IDD Authority Services. Minimum Qualifications: RN, Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in nursing. Prefer Master s degree in nursing, 5
4 years supervisory experience with at least 3 years working in RN Case Management, care coordination and/or disease management type services. Salary: DOE PROGRAM SPECIALIST II: RN CASE MANAGEMENT Responsible for assisting the Nurse Director in developing and implementing a disease management program for special populations including people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Works closely with the RN Director to create the systems necessary to operate a disease management program. Assists the Director in developing information regarding the program, completing administrative duties, and attending meetings. Responsible for assisting the Director in developing tracking mechanisms, collecting data, and compiling reports. Ability to track, organize, and report 1115 Waiver Project Milestone and Metric data and information and deliver such data by required submission dates. Works directly for the Nurse Director. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business, finance, or related human services field. May substitute experience for education. 5 years experience in business, financial, or related health care or human services. Salary: DOE Program Manager II: Intensive Services Team Provide administration & clinical support to the 1115 Waiver for the Intensive Support Team. Coordinates team meetings and QA functions, works w/developing team goals/objectives & evaluating outcome measure for team & individuals served. Assists Director in developing budget for assigned the program. Manages revenues & expenses of team & allocates resources. Participate in regular meetings to develop strategies to improve outcomes. Participate in some direct care activities when necessary. Program operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year; Must be flexible with work schedule. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business, Criminal Justice, Health, Human Services. Required License: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or RN; 3 years supervisory or program oversight experience in a behavioral health care setting. Salary: DOE Master Licensed Clinician Provide direct care to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness as part of the 1115 Waiver for the intensive Support Team. IST is a clinically staffed mobile treatment team that provides face to face crisis assessment, intervention & follow-up services to individuals in their place of residence, school and/or other community based safe locations 24 hours a day, 365 days per year; Must be flexible in scheduling. Promote corporate branding through communications best practices and approaches. Provide regular updates concerning organization news and developments via social media platforms. Other duties may include designing brochures and newsletters, creating formatting guidelines for professional business documents and monitoring the effectiveness of current communication policies. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience. May substitute experience for education.
