7 HR Report/Job Selector Pay Deduction Listing PYS600 PYS600 in the traditional QSS environment known as DED600. Reports Tab: Select the report by mouse clicking on the line so the cursor is pointing to the report. 7

8 HR Report/Job Selector Pay Deduction Listing PYS600 Global Settings Tab: Allows you to select Substitutes, Terminated, Masking of SSN, etc. Be aware of this setting Also, if you want to indicate a Report Title, this is the tab you want! 8

9 HR Report/Job Selector Pay Deduction Listing PYS600 Field Selection Tab: Limit the data on the report by additional field selections. Such as: EEs hired since the beginning of the year or only ees in a certain Bargaining Unit. This tab is optional. 9

17 QSS Control Center (QCC) Location of Payroll Customized Rpts Personnel Downloader and HR Query are two options available for obtaining database information. Both are query tools that allow the end user to define specific elements to be extracted from the database. 17

25 Payroll Job Menu Request Prelist PAYSUB (PAY510+) Select the report by mouse clicking on the report. A second click will open the job menu OR select the Load Job Screen Icon or F2 key. You can search for the report using the search field & icon if there are too many reports to view in a single window. 25

44 PAY Warrant Accting Report (WAR910) The first section (GL Distribution) of the report shows the General Ledger postings (Cash, Liability & GL control accounts) t)for the salary expense. 44

45 PAY Warrant Accting Report (WAR910) The second section (Benefits) of the report shows the employer cost calculations and GL postings. The third section (Benefit Xfr) shows the transfers of cash to COE if appropriate or to a district liability acct for payment. 45

50 On-line Payroll History Grid Settings You can select which columns you want visible by selecting the Grid Settings and uncheck unwanted columns. Checkmark means Y es include, blank means do not include. 50

52 Inspect (PHUPDT) This information is based upon the record selected on the Payroll History tab. The navigation buttons allow movement from warrant to warrant. Warrant # & Date paid information display in the top banner. 52
