2 User Eligibility The first screen you encounter and where you begin your login. When you click on Support your program will open to send an . This is where you can report bugs and ask questions that will help BGSoftinc trouble shoot and rectify an issue quickly. We depend and need your support. Together we can reduce medical errors. Login to MCSDEMO catalog DBeckham is an Administrator of the catalog MCSDEMO and has all permission and rights. She is able to make changes and set up new users. It is best to check save Login which saves time not having to enter Login Name. However you will still be required to enter the password. Forgot your login Logins are assigned by the Admin of your company catalog. If you are having trouble with login contact the Admin they will be able to reset it.

3 Forgot your password A temporary password is reset to "Letmein1" and the user will use it to log in. The tempory password is assigned only to the users login Name. The admin never sees your password or assigns you a password. The security password is locked to the USER. Change Login Change Login is an Admin function. The structure recomended for the Login of a user should be the inital of first name and full lastname. If more than 1 user with same inital and last name then add a digit to end as 1,2,3etc.. This makes finding the user easier and allows your users to access their information quicker. The Admin can click the select button and from their catalog find which user to change. If you are having trouble with login contact the Admin they will be able to reset it.

4 Password Reset The Admin can reset password for a user from User login BGETWELL a fictious user in the DEMO will have a password reset when the admin selects the Set Default Password. This resets the password to the temporary password "Letmein1". The next time BGETWELL logs in that user will use the temporary password and then be allowed to change to a new password the user chooses.

5 ERROR: Invalid Login Name or Password When different users are using the same computer take notice of the login Name or you will receive the error BGETWELL needs to replace the user DBECKHAM in the Login Name. When Getwell now uses the Letmein1 password with the correct USER name the next screen pops up to change the password automatically.

6 New Password and confirm The Correct password and User Name click the reset and if everything is in order you will be logged in to your users account as BGETWELL has shown. A few things to remember: When the user is logged into a server/ client session the session is created for 20 minutes and regardless of activity and with no warning given: it closes and you will loose your entries if the data has not been saved and save often. If no activity is detected in 3 minutes the medical claims service will close the window and you will have to log back on, however your data will still be there. Just remember the 20 minute time slot you can always log out and then back on to create a new server/ client session. Always Protect PHI
