Thai Chamber of Commerce offers of Origin (C/O Online) and general commercial documents that will help you obtain the origin certificate or any trade documentation easier and quicker. C/O online system has been developed since 2007 and launched in 2008, to support modern business needs and requirements. The system is easy to use and also designed to support the online traceability. It enables the exporters to submit their application via the internet and be informed of the result by in minutes. Prior to submitting the application, the exporters must be firstly registered with Thai Chamber of Commerce. They would sign the undertaking and send us the specimen signature of authorized persons, the seal and necessary information as well. Then they follow the instructions; using a password and username facility to complete the form and then send it electronically to the Chamber. We will then check the information and electronically sign the Certificate if the information sent to us complies with the rules of origin. This online service will enable you to manage your documentation quickly and efficiently without leaving the office. Any mistakes or inaccuracies can be corrected straight away and no more repetitive typing. In addition, the system will send the approval to the exporters inbox in minutes. The exporters may select to download and print C/O at their office or obtain it at the Chamber. This will save you time, cost-effective and speed up the process. Clients can submit their application for C/O or C/F through the internet on any day at any time. Besides, they can also pay the applicable fees by internet e-payment system of various leading banks. Then, clients can print out temporary receipt and C/O or C/F sticker by themselves.
