6 1 INTRODUCTION This user manual refers to the functionality for digital signing of attachments in the system ONE STOP SHOP SYSTEM FOR REGISTRATION OF TRADE COMPANIES in Microsoft Word 2007/2010 format

7 2 GUIDELINES FOR DIGITAL SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS 2.1 Precondition MS package Microsoft Office/Word 2007 or 2010 required. The documents need to be saved in the.docx format. 2.2 Guidelines Digital signing of documents in MS Word 2010 Open the document in MS Word Click File > Info (marked in blue)

9 On the notification for digital signing, click OK. Select valid certificate and click OK. Click Sign. The digital certificate (signature) is affixed. It is displayed on the right side of the Word document

Once you ve completed the changes, you will be required to sign it again. Digital signing of a document in MS Word 2007 Open the document in MS Word Click the Office button > Prepare (MS Office).
