5 Company History ACM Removal was founded in 1996 by Neil Miller. Mr. Miller, while a chemistry instructor within the Wichita school district, was promoted to environmental manager for USD 259. Upon his retirement from the school district Mr. Miller saw the need for a qualified service for the removal of asbestos and mold in both public and private sectors the founded ACM Removal as a sole proprietorship. In December 2007 Mr. Miller retired and sold the company to James Miller, his son, and Robin Seifkin. Mr. Miller and Mr. Seifkin formed a limited liability corporation at that time. With a combined experience of over 46 years they have expanded the company to 17 employees. Since forming the partnership two years ago the company has completed 570 projects ranging from $ to over $300, ACM Removal, LLC Page 5

6 Personnel James Miller (316) Mr. Miller has been field and project manager for over 22 years averaging over 250 projects per year. Mr. Miller is available by phone 24/7 for all of your emergency needs. Robin Siefkin (316) Mr. Seifkin graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in architectural design in Mr. Seifkin worked as designer as well as building coordinator on projects ranging from $200, to over $1,000, In 1986 Mr. Seifkin became the Secretary / Treasurer for F&H Insulation for 14 years. Mr. Seifkin was Estimate and Project manager for an environmental company for six years before becoming the managing partner of ACM Removal, LLC. ACM Removal, LLC Page 6

7 Services ACM Removal specializes in mold remediation and asbestos detection and removal services, bathroom, kitchen and basement remodeling and home repairs and improvements. Also we offer complete water and fire damage restoration services and are roofing contractors along with professional painting. With over 45 years of experience, we have the experience and expertise to provide full, professional services done right the first time. We do asbestos inspections and testing surveys/consulting and project designs. EPA Accredited & Certified with 20 plus years experience. We are also licensed by the City of Wichita, Kansas as a general contractor and the State of Kansas as an asbestos removal license. In 2008 we completed 256 projects and 314 in 2009 ranging from $ to over $300, We pride ourselves in quality work, finished on time with excellent customer service and communication. We have performed several multinumbered asbestos inspections projects for them this last year. One was 13, another was 16, then 5 and a 4 unit package. All completed on time or before.
