4 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: DURING PROJECT TITLE: Dakota Park Renovation PROJECT REFERENCE: NVS Construction Owner: Satish Nataranja Cell: This project is a community park located in South East Washington D.C. For this job, Green Construction Services Group served as a sub-contractor for NVS Construction. We have completed both government and private commercial projects in partnership with NVS. At the Dakota Park site, our team dug a trench around the entire perimeter of the park, installed light poles, and connected the electrical requirements in addition to other miscellaneous work. 5 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: BEFORE & DURING PROJECT TITLE: Gerardo Residential House PROJECT REFERENCE: Gerardo Pinzon (Owner) Cell: This project is the personal residence of a home owner in Chevy Chase, MD. Green Construction Services Group completed 2 bathroom renovations, added 1 new half bath, new wood floors throughout the entire home, a new kitchen, and opened up the dining room. We also re-bricked an outside wall, added slate flooring in the kitchen and new lighting throughout the home. Additionally, all of the electrical, electronic and plumbing systems in the entire house were revamped. AFTER

6 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PROJECT TITLE: Collective Architecture Commercial Office PROJECT REFERENCE: Alex Hurtado (Owner) Office: This project is located in the Georgetown district of Washington D.C. Green Construction Services Group has completed two full bathrooms renovations for one of Mr. Hurtado s residences in Gaithersburg, MD and a plumbing project at his residence in Columbia Heights in D.C. The renovations in his architectural firm included adding a kitchen floor, sink, countertop and closet among other tasks. DURING AFTER
