Parcel : Rs. 75/ By Ordinary Post : Rs.60/ Introduction of Internal Assessment for P.G. Courses from the session The Internal Assessment of 20% marks in P.G. Classes. (M.A./ M.Sc./M.Com. in University Teaching Department, P.G. Regional Centre, Rewari and affiliated colleges where P.G. Courses are runing is being introduced in Part-I from the session and in Part-II from the session and so on for regular students. The Internal Assessment will not apply in the combined paper of Theory and Practical.The Internal Assessment also will not apply in M.A. Political Science through Distance Education Mode. 1. The procedure of award of internal assessment will be as under : A) Two class tests of 5 marks each. The class tests will be held in the 1st half of December i.e. before winter break and 1st half of March i.e. Total Marks = 5+5 =10 marks. B) Assignment/ term paper & presentation : 5 marks C) Attendence : 5 marks 65% to 75% : 1 marks 76% to 85% : 2 marks 86% to 90% : 3 marks 91% to 95% : 4 marks Above 95% : 5 marks 2. The record of internal assessment be kept by the HOD/ Principal concerned for six months only. 3. Each Department/ College concerned may form a Committee to deal with the complaints, if any, in this regard. 4. The test for internal assessment shall be conducted by the Department/ College concerned at their own level without any financial liability on the University and the students shall use 8 pages answer- sheets which will

The words M.D. University, Rohtak (for internal tests) be fabricated on the answer-sheet by the University Press for Departments and PGRC. Rewari. Thus the M.A. Programme in M.A. Political Science Regular Annual System Mode will have 1000 marks in total instead of existing 800 marks.
