Research Charge: Research As with any large research institution, USJ investigators will work in a broad range of disciplines, and the university MUST consistently rank among the Top 20 research institutions in the United States. Administration The University of South Jersey will be a Public Research & Land Grant University, wholly governed by the State of New Jersey, Office of the Secretary of Higher Education, and an independent, selfperpetuating Board of Trustee s. The board shall be comprised of 45 regular members (plus any number of trustees emeriti) and the chancellor, the university's chief executive officer (CEO). Each trustee shall serve a five-year term (except for four recently graduated alumni, who shall serve two two-year terms). Endowed Goal: $6 Billion (USD) Campus layout The University of South Jersey campus is to be located approximately 18 miles south of Camden & Philadelphia, 10 miles southeast of downtown Chester, PA in The Heart of South Jersey. USJ will not

5 be more than 125 Miles from New York City (2 Hours), or Washington D.C. 121 miles (2 Hours). It has an area of that is hugely accessible to every major thorofare around the world. The campus will be 3 Square Miles and the equivalent of 2,000 Acres. Location, Location, Location U.S. Route 322 passes through the center of the municipality while the New Jersey Turnpike passes through the southeastern part of the township (for almost 5¾ miles) and connects Route 322 at Interchange #2. Major county roads that pass through include CR 538 and CR 551. Interstate 295 is accessible outside the municipality in neighboring Logan, Oldmans and Greenwich Townships. New Jersey Transit bus service to Philadelphia is available on the 401 route.

6 Student Life The university will be built from Inception to capacitate 80,000 students. The university fully intends to recognize nearly 400 student-led organizations, ranging from academic major societies and honoraries to recreational sports clubs, the most prestigious of which will be the South Jersey Sailing Club and the Student Government Association (SGA). There are current plans to call for more than 50 service organizations on campus, giving students the opportunity to perform community service across New Jersey, the country and around the world.

Student housing The University will construct from its inception student housing to capacitate 50,000 student residents. Athletics The University will build from its inception the major NCAA DIV I sports, Football, Soccer, Lacrosse, Basketball, Baseball & Softball, Tennis, Track & Field, Swimming, Volleyball and others. Game Day New Jersey Portfolio: Seton Hall s proposed Mountain West or Sunbelt Conference Slot. The SEC conference is on the Table for this School. Physical Plants Football Stadium: 80,000 Seats (Multi Use: Football, Soccer, and Lacrosse, Track & Field) Basketball Arena: 40,000 Seats (Multi Use) Baseball Stadium (Interchangeable with Softball) Endowed Goal: $6 Billion US Dollars is to be raised by private donors. The State of New Jersey will need to acquire the land and grant it to the Institution USJ University of South Jersey.
