9 Advanced distribution of satellite mobile handsets to communities Handsets to be distributed to identified communities prone to major destructive disasters Handsets to be operated by trained persons responsible for disaster risk management Reporting disaster to authorities Receiving disaster alert Supporting early stage communications of response actions Maintain by the communities and check working conditions regularly
