7 Alerts When an Alert is generated by device like Speed, Low Battery, Geo-fencing or SOS ( Emergency), server sends an mail to concerned Ids that are provided. Figure1 shows you Normal Situation and Figure2 is shown on dashboard when any of the alert is generated at any instance with respective field. Figure1: Alert screen in normal mode. Figure2: Alerts Generated. Whenever an Alert is generated mail will be sent to concerned person as structure is as shown in below slide.

8 Dashboard of GPS Integrated Dashboard gives you and general description and activity of vehicle. Complete identification like Vehicle Name, Device ID, GSM number of device, Max Speed of vehicle, distance and time taken, stationary hours of vehicle and average speed of vehicle for day is described here. You will get tool tip once you move your cursor on the particular area

9 To start Google Earth Tracking For the First Time login to the GPSintegrated.com & Click on the File below to connect Start Google Earth with your Web Account Click on Live tracking, window will pop up, save the file and open with Google earth same can be repeated with BETA to get last updated status of vehicle on Google Earth

10 Extra Features GPS Integrated provides some extra Features for users for easy working with the system Status on Maps: All vehicles/ devices in an account will be displayed on maps with its last know location. Services: Snap shot of dashboard will be mailed to id of the person at time stated. All detailed activity of vehicles will be shown in mail. Alerts: All alerts will be mailed to user who is registered for respective account. Snaps for the same are attached in next slides WAP enabled Service : WAP enabled service for tracking devices/ vehicles on Handset without using laptop/ PC. High level Authorities can easily view where the vehicles are in emergency cases. Multiple Geo-fencing facility: Multiple geo fencing facility is now provided for better performance of your vehicles. 3 Geofencing areas can be marked on server so that you will get alerts for the same. This can be used for time punctuation.
