This will increase the demand for professional data center services. Development of services which require a large amount of web traffic The companies owners of large-scale web projects (search engines, web portals, social networks) that generate a significant amount of traffic and have a large number of users in the future will place their equipment closer to the end user in order to reduce the costs of data transfer. These players will be interested in regional data centers. Development of "cloud" services Cloud services use distributed processing technology, in which computing resources and facilities are available to the user as an online service. Currently, many data centers are expanding its range of services and, besides such classic services as colocation and dedicated, provide SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service). The demand for SaaS / PaaS / IaaS is growing, which contributes to the increase in demand for commercial data centers, including regional ones. Branch development of the companies With the development of branch networks it is necessary to centralize the processing and storage of data using complex business applications, for example, ERP-and CRM-systems. Commercial data centers can be used for centralizing IT-infrastructures of the companies. National projects and In the future government contracts will be a stable source of demand

Amount of the planned investment is $ 600 million. At the moment, the first network data center is put into operation and is located on the street Sharikopodshipnikovskaya in the south-east of Moscow, the area is 5,000 square meters., capacity racks. In 2012 ISG plans to start operation of the data center in Dubna (special economic zone). IBS DataFort started building a data center in Dubna, a total area of 4400 square meters and capacity of 800 racks. The company «Ai-Teko» plans to launch a new machine rooms in the data center, "TrastInfo", whose total area is 800 square meters, usable square meters, the capacity of the new rooms will be 250 racks. The company also plans to open a new server complex in data center in Moscow, with the total capacity of 300 racks, total area square meters, usable area 500 square meters.
