2 Today's housing market finds many sellers in a changing situation that demands they sell their home quickly but they cannot sell; and buyers who cannot afford the deposit or get a mortgage to buy. This issue has left house owners unable to move on with their lives; and buyers still desperate to get onto the property ladder.
