4 Overview Loaner laptops may be issued from Corporate Information Systems (CIS) as a last resort to new hires needing technical equipment to complete their Day 1/Day 2 Onboarding activities Loaner requests must be submitted seven business days before the new hire's expected start date. Certain requirements or conditions must be met before a loaner laptop request is approved and processed Specific requirements are outlined on Form New Hire Laptop Loaner Request Form The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for completing the Form 357 and submitting per the instructions on the form New hires must return the laptops, using the provided shipment labels, within 48 hours following completion of their Day 2 Onboarding activities or no later than the Thursday following the new hire s start date, whichever is soonest 4 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

8 Completing the Form Enter the following information into the form: Date Onboarding Specialist Name and Employee ID etin.aspx?id=48 New Hire s Managers Name and Employee ID 8 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

9 Completing the Form cont The next section contains information about the New Hire, included in this section is the shipping information for the laptop Enter the following Information in this section: Employee First and Last Name The Employee s CACI ID The Employees Organization ID The Employees CACI Location Code Address information for where the laptop is to be shipped 9 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

10 Completing the Form cont Section 2 contains 3 requirements for the issuance of a Loaner Laptop that MUST be met Click the box next to each question to certify the requirement has been met Enter any necessary Comments Enter the Expected Date of Return of the Loaner Laptop 10 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information
