In 2000 he founded Digital", an international team of independent new media and audiovisual artists who work in partnership with non-governmental organizations promoting art, culture, intercultural dialog and human rights at a global level. In addition to this Diogo has been a member of the Border Crossing Media collective since 2006, fulfilling the roles of Multimedia Consultant whilst continuing to work as a freelancer creating advertising and promotional short films. Diogo is a certified multimedia instructor and he provides provides high quality training and consultancy services to individuals, schools and organizations of all sizes within the private and public sector, since He is an unique talented, creative and self motivated individual. Based on traditional episodes of dramatic fiction presented in serial formats the WHO project aims to formalise a loose interactive framework that will allow anyone to contribute and participate in the story we will create together. Being based on a novel structure, the WHO project aims to create a relationship between the audience and the novels main characters. By allowing the audience to create the profiles of new characters, people can directly influence the narrative told.
