21 Main aim: to develop a self configured VO in their GRID to set it up according to our ApP computing needs. We are setting up a collaboration agreement between CETA-CIEMAT & SPAS (MOU). We have applied together with them for funds to E-Science. Gridification week: Formative sessions to be hold on 3, 4 & 5 Trujillo.

23 CETA-CIEMAT Technically they offer to us: Connection with Rediris 2,5 Gbps (Spain): 10 Gbps to GEANT-Europe 622 Mbps with CLARA-South America 808 CPUs: (60 CPU fully devoted to SPAS!!!) 8 Gb. 4 Gb. 300 TB storage capacity: In disks and tapes to increase security and accessibility.

24 E-Science E-Ciencia network ( Specific national project in Spain aimed to develop Grid technology & to support research groups who use it. Almost 90 scientific groups are involved. Our SPAS group is presently involved in the E-Ciencia network. We have been granted with 8 k from E-Ciencia in a coordinated project with the supporting group CETA- CIEMAT.
