2 Program Structure The program is a multi-stage learning initiative to deliver a deep understanding of the banking and accounting concepts to the participants. The following are the learning tools that the participants will access as part of this program. E-Learning courses The participants can learn at their own pace, accessing the E-Learning courses from their desktop or over any internet connection. They will receive access details 7 days prior to the classroom sessions for duration of 1 month. Classroom training The 3-day training program covers intricacies of Banking and Accounts. The classroom training structures are provided below. Specially Designed Books - Participants will also workbooks and reference material which are designed to complement the classroom training and ensure interest in the topics. Online Test Online tests with multiple attempts mapped to the training material will be opened to the participants after the classroom training. Questions are selected in random order from a large question bank. The tests are based on classroom training content. Certificate - Once the participants complete the test successfully, they will get a certificate. They can then download this certificate for their reference. Other Learning Tools watch this space.
