11 The QUEST Method: 4 steps 1. Audit Compiling a realistic picture of sustainable mobility planning and measures; Questionnaire and interview with the city s representatives. 2. Self-Assessment Participation in a guided self-assessment process questionnaire and two meetings with the stakeholders; Meeting with the city s representatives. 3. Action Plan Recommendations on possible improvements in their mobility planning Report. 4. Certification Certification of city participation in QUEST and of commitment to sustainable mobility policy.
